cRobo: so it initially thought that the incubation period was 14 days as mostly speculated but it was observe in Wuhan China the epicenter of this coronavirus outbreak that the incubation period is longer than than and they have actually extended thier quarantine period to a month,
please don't get me wrong, I am not agitating for a public panick rather for people to be very careful and precautious
you know someone can't be too careful
meanwhile you downplaying that the virus is not that deadly is laughable because advanced world have struggling to contain it now think what a third world country like Nigeria with no medical facilities
take a look at South Korea, and how its spreading rapidly
now imagine same in Nigeria
when the virus broke out in China, they also concealed it to save face which any corrupt Nigeria hospital will do like reddinngton hospital just to still attract patient
just be careful that all I am saying Well said. I will take any information out of a Government agency and definitely a private hospital with a pinch of salt. |

Officialgarri: Just take a look at some idiots jubilating on this thread! A very common characteristic of IPOB criminals.
For example , take a look at one Kingsley Moghalu, who on twitter, said, Boko Haram has defeated the Nigerian army. And I wondered how someone who should have Nigeria at heart, a patriot, a presidential candidate could utter such!
I'm glad Nigerians rebuked him and I'm also happy that we dodged a bullet You are obviously a fool. |

Borno State is obviously a lost territory. Lost to Boko Haram. As Buhari alleged, too many of the indigenes are in collaboration with the Boko Haram. I feel for the few of them that are not working with Boko Haram. It's getting too unsafe for them. |

Politics › Re: Delta State To Ban Cow Meat Sale And Consumption by executive12: 11:58pm On Feb 24, 2020 |
If they can pull it through, that's good. That should cause the herdsmen to leave Delta State. But it would require a lot of discipline that I don't think Nigerians possess. While they are at it, the government should train Deltans on modern cattle rearing and provide financial support for them to set up ranches. Deltans are good in farming and should have no problem in rearing their own cattle. They should also set up a State security outfit similar to Amotekun. In the meantime, they should sensitize the people on the need to avoid buying beef except from a ranch or from Shoprite ( I believe that Shoprite beef is ranch raised). |
Car Talk › Re: Is Toyota A Better Company Than Mercedes? by executive12: 7:37am On Feb 24, 2020 |
Kay25: Mercedes are ever classic cars they are stronger and reliable than Toyota though Toyota too is good but when it comes to luxury and comfort with strength let me use that give it to benz.benz are machines oo not juSt motor. Toyota cars are more reliable. I hope you understand what reliability of a car means. Your Mercedes is more likely to break down than your Toyota. Part of the reason is that Mercedes brands are more high tech and hence more susceptible to developing faults. |
Car Talk › Re: Is Toyota A Better Company Than Mercedes? by executive12: 7:31am On Feb 24, 2020 |
Azmanaty: Mr stop lying. Mercedes never said such. They may not have said so explicitly, but that is the situation on ground. Mercedes is a luxury brand. You and I should know that a luxury brand cannot be for everyone. Same for BMW and Audi. |
Car Talk › Re: Is Toyota A Better Company Than Mercedes? by executive12: 7:26am On Feb 24, 2020 |
colestephan86: You make me laugh. Take Benz 190 for example. The car was made around 1985 and you still see it today. No car was ever made by Toyota that is as reliable and durable as that car in my opinion. Reliability is a settled issue. Toyota leads, definitely. Consult the Consumer Reports. On durability and performance, of course Mercedes takes the lead. You are more likely to break down on the road in a Mercedes than in a Toyota. |
Car Talk › Re: Is Toyota A Better Company Than Mercedes? by executive12: 7:20am On Feb 24, 2020 |
No basis for comparison. Their target markets are different. Mercedes is a luxury brand. Toyota is not. But generally, in terms of reliability, Toyota leads. In terms of performance, Mercedes leads. For a country like Nigeria with extremely bad roads, Mercedes brands are more suitable. Camry, the most popular Toyota brand, is very popular among Nigerians. But I don't think Camry cars are suitable for Nigerian roads; usually too low to the ground, weak suspension. But they are excellent cars in countries with decent roads like the US.
In summary, in the US, for everyday driving, I will pick a Toyota brand, preferably a Lexus. In Nigeria, I pick a Mercedes. |

Flyingngel: If Gej who I taught coming from a minority tribe will put restructuring at the front burner refuses to do but rather was pursing second term with so much energy, why do you think that Buhari who their people claim that they are majority and also eating fat on Niger Delta oil will think abt restructuring which will open the yansh of lazy Northerners: then that people is seriously joking. Exactly. GEJ was a fool. One would have expected him to aggressively push for restructuring. But he showed he was no different from the average Nigerian. The blame should also go to the generality of Niger Delta people. Most were busy trying to fill their individual pockets than pushing for restructuring. A good number of them made money for themselves under GEJ administration. |

femmy2010: Those ones are not muslims. They are Evil. Islam and Christianity are religion of peace.
God bless us all. Jesus Christ preached peace and forgiveness. Mohammed preached violence. Mohammed led warriors to invade communities to forcefully convert them to Islam. After the invasion, they will loot and kill the males that refused to convert and take the women and loot and share among themselves (reserving the best for Mohammed). What Mohammed did is what Boko Haram are doing. The Boko Haram are the ones practicing Islam the way Mohammed did. You better go and read about the life and times of Mohammed. Islam is definitely not a religion of peace. Stop deceiving yourself. |
