The bolded is the opinion of Femi Falana, SAN. I'm sure he knows the law better than you and I. He was granted bail. For the DSS to rearrest him, they need to get order from the court that granted the bail and state their reasons. They rearrested him less than 24 hours after releasing him. Did he commit a new offense within those few hours he was free?
Do you also agree that DSS refused to release him on bail in violation of the order of the court that gave him bail, or should that also be basis for another stupid argument??

They invaded the court room to arrest him and were resisted by the people. They disrupted court proceedings. Then his Lawyer drove him to the DSS office to answer their invitation. That is where they finally arrested him. Don't believe the lies from the lawless DSS. They are trying to do damage control since they have realized that the international community is watching.
By the way, they have no right to rearrest him since he is still on bail.
