I want to know the implication of this before committing myself to the job.

If you have no other option of job @ the moment, please ensure you take the offer. After working for some months (2-3) you can draft your letter yourself and give it to the boss to sign. Just tell him/her it is needed by your bank or cooperative society to prove that you are gainfully employed.... chikena.

NB: I typed my employment letter myself after working for 9months in my organisation.

He was never a cultist. The incident happened in year 1996 wheen he was a student in Tasce ijebu ode. Some 'cultist'(their identity was never confirmed) came to rob his hall of residence (off campus). They inflicted the injury on him and left him thinking he was dead.
Note: he was just unlucky to be @ the ill fated hall @ the wrong time.

I once worked @ the Hospital in question during the regime of Fayemi. And I can honestly state that the latest time he pays the salary was 7th of the next month.
Also, there was free health service(encompassing surgery) once you have a referral form from any of the Primary Health Centres.
However, since the onset of Fayose's regime, all that has been coming from that side is pure propaganda. Can you imagine a so called management staff saying that the striking Doctors are ''recalcitrant"... the question is are they fighting for a just course or Not?

This is a very laudable suggestion. However, I don't see it coming into effect anytime soon. In a case where by the patient dies after all intervention, who will offset the bill?
Also, he suggested that patients shouldn't spend more than 24hrs in AnE, in a case a patient has been transferred to the ward but he/she is yet to perfect her bills in the emergency or pay any deposit for ward admission then what happens?

What will need first is an effective policy that will strengthen the social welfare unit/dept of all government owned hospitals. Also we all need social security number so that everybody can be traced and accounted for....

My main grouse with this Lecturer is that he is a civil servant. And from the little I know about civil service, a civil servant is not at liberty to do some things. Example include but not limited to addressing press, belonging to a political party (he is obviously in opposition) among other things.
He has obviously gone astray of the 2 rules above. So people shouldn't cry wolf when the government(his employer) decides to relive him of his lecturing Job.
So Mr Lecturer, Happy Job hunting in advance.
