I am coming from Shomolu/Yaba area. I will also have to get to Ojota before being able to get there. Let me try to offer d best I can. Ojota, is d best place for u, although I don't know how to describe it to u, but I can easily navigate going there myself, since i've been there before. From Ojota, cross to the other side of d road, where buses to Iwo road are loading (I mean d one on d road side, not the one at the garage), walk down a bit, U'ld see where keke is loading by the road side, plz just tell the keke man or ask those bus drivers who go to Ogba for directions to Omole estate, they are truly in d best position to describe to u... plz dis is d best I can offer... try leaving early, since u do not know ur way....

I am just going to write their test on Fri. I haven't done the test yet, let alone interview so I wouldn't know if gate crashing is allowed....

Nothing GMAT. Nothing out of the ordinary. They were simple, basic kinda questions plus some customer service personality questions.

Pls Nairalanders; how many Questions are we to expect in personality test?

24 questions in all. You'll need to be quite fast, because their 15 mins, isn't exactly 15 mins. And just a heads up, you would fill that their form ALL OVER AGAIN, before you start the test, I'm sure its just a ploy to steal 2 mins from the (less than) 15 mins you were given . For those asking if they should use their phone, please, if you own a system, use that. I was frustrated out of my mind using my phone! the stuff kept logging me out every 10mins! And yes, I used MY phone because there wasn't power to use my internet!

Nne, if u pass the phone interview, u'ld be called for the next stage, which is a personality based test.... and Oh God!, it might not be my concern, but its sickening to see Nairaland job section ravaged with different threads of Etisalat calls!! Lord God, there already exist 3different threads on this same topic!!! And.....dearest...it is Etisalat and not Etisalatte, let them not even be aware u want to work with them and not spell their name correctly!!

Wow, don't get scared please. Your faith, believe and the ability to provide positive responses matters a lot. Just because someone got a regret mail doesn't translate that you will get a regret mail too. There might be an aspect of the test that he didn't do well. Channel your thought on how best you can overcome the hurdles. We don't know the criteria Etisalat use in grading for the tests. STAY POSITIVE

I received a call from an etisalat agent for an application I made to them for position of customer care agent,he went on to interview me through phone and he said they will get back to me. Please I want to know who has undergone this process before? I also want to know what the next stage might be,their work conditions and ofcourse what the salary looks like. On the jobs and vacancies section, there is a thread on Etisalat customer care that has a comment of 3,000+, i suggest u read up, i read too and found out all d info i needed as i was called too, without having to ask burdensome questions. You'ld have to be very patient and read through, hope u scale through to the next stage

I was just called for the telephone interview, but then getting scared already, this one they sent regret mail to a guy who did well in d CBT(or as I heard, they said it's a combination of all 3 tests(call simulation, problem solving and typing), maybe there was a part he didn't do well?..... Anyway, we are hopeful!
