There are 279 ccTLD domain names sold this week of November 20th – 26th and the best of the sales was .UK domain - Apartments co.uk, the domain was sold by Pvt auction, among them, followed by Tank.io. I was so surprised to see .io domain sold for $60,000. We have previously reported C.at in our last week report but we brought it up here once again to enable our readers know the likely position it occupied on Dnjournal report. The sedo’s auction of the .at domains is still going hot as you can see the sales listed on the table below. According to the schedule, the auction may end on 28th of November, 2016. It seems the auction was as a result of the ICANN resolution taken on 8th of November, 2016 that they will unblock all two-letter domains that match country codes appearing on the ISO 3166 list, most of which are also ccTLDs. The resolution was taken along the line with the release of the two characters in the New GTLd name space and ccTLDs related domains are involve. Meanwhile, some countries are now protesting against such resolution in order to give them some considerations as it affect their name space. http://www.cctldmarket.com/p/there-are-279-cctld-domain-names-sold.html |
Ronke001:Visit here and follow the manual http://www.cctldmarket.com/2016/07/how-to-add-payment-tools-on-godaddy.html Cheers. |
paulsir:You see, the rate of serach volume shows how people are in looking fir information related to that keyword. It shows the tendecies of how it could give you traffic when make such a keyword a domain name. So the rate of search are likely to give you traffic commensurate to or around that figure of search volume. You must consider high search volume, good CPC for parking or adsense. The search volume of 8 can not give you any traffic for your website or domain. That domain is bad as a keyword domain. |
jadajada:No! It does not have anything to do with adsense. |
jadajada:If you are so sure that you did it aright, wait for the NS to propergate, some times it something like 24hrs to 48hrs to do so. Cheers. |
jadajada:Yap! That CPC is not bad, you can even use the name for blog if you so wish. You can park any name with any language, nothing concern you with the language provided such names has enough traffic that could trigger clicks. But you can not use the name for blog or else you understand and can write the language. Cheers and good luck. |
jadajada:Type the name on the browser window and the name will come up with the parked page. But make sure you are not clicking on any of the ads on the page. Cheers. |
jadajada:Go back and add i.e NS2.BIDOPARKING.COM it has to be two NS at least. |
grownaira:That is why Nigerian hosts are not good in my opinion. |
grownaira:Yes, try as soon as possible. Where did you register it? Just try and tell them you made mistake and you tell them the new name you want to replace. No body will buy .ng for now, except when used for domain hacking something like wi.ng, lo.ng, stri.ng, selli.ng, fishi.ng |
grownaira:You mean you want to sell this type of name? No! not possible for now. .ng. You can develop it yourself as your personal blog or request for a refund if you have just registered it. |
pat077:Bido must have sent a verification email to your registrant email address on file. Check your inbox and click on the verification email where you are asked to click on the email and your domain is thus verified. Cheers |
pat077:If you are doing outbound sales; no matter the amount you name your domain price, the buyer will have to negotiate and you then come into agreement and close the deal. But if you put your domains in auction, you are advised to put BIN on the auction, the buyer may decide to buy or leave it or click the opening bid and in such case you will now decide to sell or disagree with him. Though auction varies from one to others, you need to read their rules before embark on selling your domain with them, so that you will know how to place your order. Try to market it on many marketplaces, such as afternic, sedo, godaddy, undeveloped, namesilo and others. Just try to give it enough exposure and the buyer can see it on one of the marketplaces. use a very low opening bid and put the BIN high for say $1500. Good luck. |
pat077:The domain is not bad, but how many people do you think will need to buy this. Only those who are into web traffic biz and they are very few. In that case the domain is good for development but what experience do you have fro development of this kind domain. It may take time to sell and if you are not ready to wait for a likely long time you better request for a refund from the registrar where you registered it. But if you can wait for say, 3 to 5 years it may sell. However, these are human appraisals, as you know, I am not God! It may sell before then, but that will based on luck. So the domain could be sold for low $xxxx. Good Luck. |
pat077:No! You only pay to the auction house if you are buying expired domains. If you are registering a new domain, you pay only registration fee to the registrar. Sefini! |
pat077:Let me have it. Though my appraisal will only based on my ideas and experiences. |
pat077:If you are new in domain biz, please do not go into other extensions, just stick to .com domains for now and keep learning. You can get them from either drops or expired and you can as well buy them as new reg. Brandables are hot in the market now, if you have the insight for brandables. With lots of experience, you can buy .net .org, .info etc. But have it in mind that those domains may not sell on time as you may want. However, if you are into other extensions, it is sure that if they are well chosen, they will sell. Well chosen in terms of rarity and with other good factors; such as good keyword/s, CPC, popularity etc. Selling these types of domain name has a peculiar strategy for selling them. If you are investing on Chinese domains; you can venture on .cn and .cc or go for hacking types of domain niche. Domain hacking examples are: ita.ly, world.ly, selli.ng marketi.ng, wi.ng, bi.ng, domainki.ng etc and they also have their peculiar sales startegy aswell. So that is why you should stick to .com if you are new in the biz. Google knows everything, but they are not everything on internet. Let me tell you, it is not everybody that are using adsense. Adsense is just one good market out of many markets online. The domain that are banned by adsense does not have anything to do with many other marketplaces. Such as affiliate market and ebay and others. If you have any domain/s banned by adsense, the worst is that you cannot use such for adsense and can be useful for other markets for money making. Just edited. Chikena. OK? |
demo4ril97:Search metrics are that when you search keyword/s on insurance, mortgage, online betting or casino, medical and medical equipment, disease and solutions etc. It is very possible for you to get those qualities- high CPC. if you are looking for backlinks; you should be looking for those domains among the expired. Backlinks don't just come with domain, but except those that are dropping and very few that have dropped will quickly develop backlinks with little development or parking. You need to use Google Adword Planner tool for your checking of the CPC and monthly searches and low competition rate. Estibot is not as such good in my opinion. Cheers. |
This last week was a great one in the ccTLD market trend; the market was highly appreciated. Normally, there were plenty of .coms sales, but due to our business niche report; we brought you lots of country codes sales from various marketplaces, including sedo ongoing auction of the Austrian .AT domains. Sedo have just concluded the first batch of their one, two and few three letters and numbers .AT, also including several IDN domain names in the auction during the course of the week. Out of the total 266 domains sold in the first batch; Sedo alone sold 250 in all, out of the names and other marketplaces sold the rest domains that are not .at domains, but other ccTlDs. Most expensive one among the domain sold at sedo auction is C.AT which was sold for €56,000/ $60,000. About 600 bidders tried their best to acquire c.at and other domains in the auction. C.at was followed by 1.at, with a sale price sum of $28,083. read Full Story; http://www.cctldmarket.com/2016/11/cctld-market-sales-report-for-13th-19th.html |

ahms12:EMD is acronym of" Exact Match Domain" names. Examples are coffee.com, Insuranceloans.com, quickloan.com JeansCap.com. Cheers. |
generalbush:Thanks |
Achimaechi:Domain forwarding is when you have a domain name and you redirects the domain to another website. This is very useful for many big websites; they usualy buy traffic domains and forward them to thier main website. It reduces cost of adverts. |
Luvlydevin:60 days and not 90 days restriction as you quoted. |
paulsir:No, no, no. You can.transfer domain from them. It is mandatory for every registrar to allow transfer of domain at any time you wish to do so after the initial 60days for new registration. 1and1 inclusive. I have transfered my name from them when not satisfied with their service but I still have more names with them. |
pat077:Blog and web are almost same thing but what you do with them makes the diffrence. For example this my own is a blog but I am using a custom domain name for the blog. The real address of the blog was cctldmarket..com but I decided to use a custom domain www.ccTLDMarket.com for the blog. Blogs are - When you see a site that are main purpose of telling stories and or teaching or trainng people on various or a particular business. And you can share your views on the topic; that is a blog. There are many software to develop them i.e wordpress, blogger webbly etc. Though, there are blogs you may note have room to share your view. But when you see a site that are more in to a particular business and you can not share your view; that is a website. Websites can be static or dynamic. Blog is a short form of weblog- meaning wesite and log in a short form. Cheers, you can still go back to my blog and read more on the topic. I hope I have answered your question. Cheers |
golddeejay:You can pay with your credit card or paypal.it it is not much. |

If you can follow this thread, you will still get everything equally or by you going to my blog www.ccTLDMarket.com where I 've posted 83 articles for learning purpose. If you have any question you can post it on the blog and I will attend to you. |
ahms12:There is no problem being a mentor but the problem is that you must be ready for reading. Cheers |
ahms12:If you are buying expired domains, you make sure they are more needed.by many end users, if you intend to park it you make sure it has traffic and good CPC and better to be one word or at most two words. Domain name biz is not a biz that you can jump into within two weeks and.think.you can.do well.in the biz, you must take.time to study what makes.good domain names. I said so because there are many factors into domain business which you can not just understand so soon. It is like evry other biz. What works for me might not work well for you, that is why you must develop.your own strategies. Because there are many ways of running the biz. For now go and register at namepros.com and try to understand the biz. The little one told you above are not enough factors to run a profitable domaining. Develop your self. visit my blog www.ccTLDMarket.com to learn more, You must read and.read and read to understand the biz. But those factors above are very essential for you to master as a startup. Cheers. |
