No preservation method, just make sure to cook very well in the second cooking till its thick & no water remaining. Water will spoil it & once u cork do not open till when u are ready to use dem. I doubted it, i tried it, it worked. Am still using d ones i made in january, no bad taste & it rises more than tin tomato. Any jos person here will attest to this, just make sure its stored in a bottle.

I won’t be surprised if it the clown in Kogi, just yesterday we realised the people shooting indiscriminately are the government thugs in broad daylight

You can get as many baskets of tomato as you can when d price is very cheap, buy plenty bottles like mayonnaise bottles dat can contain it & can pour out easily when u want 2 use. Wash the bottles very well, make sure its dry, pack dem den dedicate one day 4 this cos it takes time. Get a very big pot like d ones used in cooking party jellof, gather enough wood. Wash off dirts from d tomatoes with plenty water, put in the pot & place on fire. When it starts boiling, scoop out water gushing out frm d tomatoes while it boils, when d tomato has boiled 4 some time bring it down pour in a clean bucket, go grind in a local mill, come back & cook d grinded puree again dis time make sure 2 cook till m water in it & its as thick like tin tomato. Bring down ur paste, allow 2 cool den use a feeding spoon 2 put the tomato paste in d clean bottles. When u cook it, u won't like tin again i bet u. Oya gimme consultation fee sharp sharp

In my area, everybody hoard their own o since 2 weeks now no satchet tomato. Although i don't eat it, i eat fresh tomato i preserved in bottles, diaris a way we do it here in jos & it can stay for 2 years once it is tightly sealed

From a reliable source I was informed the warehouse is rented by the government. The materials stolen from that warehouse around zone 8 are materials donated to Kogi State government since 2014 during flood disaster, the warehouse equal houses food items donated to the government for the Covid 19 case, Regarding the looting at Mis-T restaurant I learnt one aboki going about his legitimate business was shot dead by the same security joint task force who were shooting indiscriminately

They also tried looting a popular restaurant(MISI- T restaurant) where they were repelled and two people were gunned down.

I drove passed them around ganaja junction, saw some of the hilux van what was written on their truck is joint task force, was too risky to snap they were just shooting indiscriminately

Report reaching me said heavy gun shots from government forces preventing the masses from looting the second warehouse around zone8 area of Lokoja where palliative for covid19 are been kept, the government forces are overwhelmed with the crowd, they just have to allow people to start packing as much as they can

Nigeria is a funny country, you allow all these stupid governors to continue to borrow money at will and they keep stealing same funds through inflated contract, and you give them stupid immunity not to be prosecuted while in office, then you begin to chase them with stupid litigation cases which makes it very difficult to retrieve the funds, don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong to borrow money for infrastructure purpose, but money are not used for the purpose for which it was intentionally intended. Take kogi. State as example, before yeye. Bello. Became governor the state debt is around 21 billion, just look at how much the stupid governor has borrowed now, no single infrastructure projects on ground, rather thugs are empowered, so much kidnapping around the state because the guns given to the thugs during last election is still with them, now kogi is owing over 100billion. What the stupid governor does now is paying percentage of workers salaries , and he pays what ever % he likes, businesses are levied multiple taxes it just terrible.
