Michael left court in a huff on Tuesday, vowing to appeal the judge's decision

A New York judge has ordered a 30-year-old man to move out of his parents' home after the couple tried and failed for months to evict their son.

At a Tuesday hearing, New York State Supreme Court Judge Donald Greenwood sided with Mark and Christina Rotondo of Camillus, New York.


The couple have been trying to evict their unemployed only-son Michael for months because he refuses to pay rent or contribute in any way around the house.


Michael left court frustrated, saying he didn't think the judge read the case fully, according toCNY Central.

He says he will appeal the decision.

'I am just so outraged,' he said outside of court on Tuesday.



His parents, Christina and Mark Rotondo, are pictured on the right.

They say they have been trying to kick him out of their house for months.

For the very first time everybody on this forum should be happy they are nigerian . They scare the cougar off with their bike because you don't kill an animal over there .here in Nigeria that we are licensed to kill from mosquito to elephant ,scaring the beast away would not have been any Nigeria first move but killing it to make pepper soup

The Cougar was 'Euthanized', put to death humanely by Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife Police.


Wildlife officials were unable to trap the big cat initially as it ran into the woods, and officers with the Washington Department of Fish and Game spent hours trying to track it.


Eventually at about 4pm, the cougar was found and euthanized.


Steve Mickel showed reporters footage of a cougar he had seen in the same area just a few weeks ago, though there is no way to tell if the cat is the same one that killed Brooks.

Sederbaum told KOMO News that at one point his entire head was inside the cougar's mouth, but when his friend began to run away, the cougar dropped him and chased Brooks.

He then rode his bike to try and find reception so he could call 911.

The injured man called 911 just after 11am, and shouted: 'Can you hear me? Help!'

The call then cut out.

Sederbaum survived the attack but was rushed to Harborview Medical Center with serious injuries.


First responders said the cougar was standing over Brooks when authorities discovered his body.


'The cougar had actually dragged the victim's body back to the wood line and he was found dead there,' Sargent Ryan Abbott from the King County Sheriff's office said.

The 32-year-old biker who was killed by a starving cougar in a horrific attack that left another man injured in Washington State has been identified.

SJ Brooks was killed on Saturday morning during a mountain-bike ride with 31-year-old Isaac Sederbaum near North Bend, about 30 miles east of Seattle, when the cougar attacked.


Authorities said the two men did everything right, getting off their bikes, making noise and trying to scare the animal off.


One even smacked it with his bike after it charged.

The cougar ran off, but it returned and attacked when the men got back on their bikes.


'It's very, very rare for cougars to behave this way, in fact the stats on this are quite stunning.'


Only one other person in Washington has died from a cougar attack in the last 100 years, theSeattle Times reported.


While 15 others have been attacked over the same period of time, their injuries were not fatal.

Cremation is cool if introduced in Nigeria with modern furnace.

But i don't believe is cheap and saying you can forget your dead easily like op stated.

Most people opt for cremation for their ash to be kept, depending on the last wish of the dead.

A heavily armed student gunman was taken into custody after entering a classroom with the word 'Surprise!' and shooting 10 people to death inside Santa Fe High School in Texas this morning.

Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said the 17-year-old male suspect was taken into custody and a second person of interest was detained.

The majority of the deceased victims were students, according to Gonzalez.

As many as a dozen others were wounded, among them a police officer who was reportedly shot in the shoulder.

The gunman carried out the massacre with an AR-15-style rifle, a pistol and a shotgun.

Responding law enforcement officials later found pipe bombs both inside the school and at a site off campus, and urged town residents to be vigilant and call 911 if they see anything suspicious.

The Santa Fe Independent School District said in a statement Friday that authorities are in the process of rendering the recovered explosive devices safe.

There’s no indication how many devices have been found.


Law enforcement early in Texas identified the suspected Santa Fe school shooter on Friday afternoon as Dimitrios 'Dimitri' Pagourtzis, 17.


He is now in custody.


Tyler Turner, a senior at Santa Fe High School, said one of his friends pulled the fire alarm when he first saw the shooter walking down the corridor with a gun.
