2023 is not 2027 the earlier you guys start seeing things the way it is the better for una. Under estimating Tinubu tendencies to do extremely dangerous things to win Lagos and anywhere that he would be mocked the second time is the failure of Obi supporters.
And you think that it is only Tinubu that knows how " to do extremely dangerous things"?

UK is a small country by population below 70 million so you don't expect them to make top 11 countries.

You know one cannot use the full mouth to talk . Of course it is not a story . Some people have just become empowered to become stupidly rich with the new tax laws . Our problem is not lack of ideas . Our problem is the insane level of corruption in all of our civil service and government parastatals.
Yeah, that's it. If you not spending the money allocated to you, others will spend it for you. The situation is worst now that Tinubu is in power.

This is just one of several I have heard.
Not a story. It is actually how it work in Nigeria.

Good! This is applicable everywhere. I remember my first year working abroad. On filling my returns, I was informed that I was owing the tax regulatory body a lot of money cause they had tracked my extra revenue from my side hustles via my account activities. All Nigerians must pay their taxes. No more anyhowness
It is not about paying the taxes. It is about showing us what you do with the tax, Showing the sources of the donation you are making. This is the only condition that will make us to pay without anyhowness.
PoliticsRe: Tinubu’s Revenue Push Is Driving Up Import Prices Through Inflated Customs Valua by EXPRESSSMAN(m): 10:54am On Aug 07, 2025
Many people talk of subsidy withdraw as the problem, but the truth is that Tinubu attacked the Nigerian economy from all sides. But then his unguided devaluation of the Naira ends up in swallowing everything he is generating. This is why he keep borrowing. At the end his policies benefits no one. The suffering he inflicted on the economy will continue to show.
PoliticsRe: How Igbo Presidency Can Possibly Be Achieved....(opinion) by EXPRESSSMAN(m): 11:42am On Aug 05, 2025
I don't think that politics work the way people analyse it. Being the president of Nigeria is not about ethnic or individual calculations. I have been following Nigeria politics since the 70s.
OBJ did not become president because he was a strong politician, rather the mood of the nation as at that time and his antecedent worked it for him.
Yaradua was unknown, not a strong politician but events favoured him. The same could be said of GEJ and even Buhari. Buhari wasn't a politician nor a rich man but his antecedent worked for him.
Tinubu fought for it after taking time to position himself. Some how it worked for him.
From all these, you can see that any Nigerian from any tribe can be president. Many things can work in your favour or against it. Don't believe that any tribe has the monopoly of it or that a certain set of persons has the power to determine who occupied the seat. You rather believe the people who say that it is in the hand of God. Don't rule out the possibility of an Igbo becoming president any year. It is not in the hand of Tinubu or any individual.

Where do you normally get gigs that pay up to this amount for an article.
(Aside Upwork and Fiverr)
Hmmm Upwork and Fiverr are competitive and oversaturated. I don't think that new writers survive there. But there are many sites that display hundreds of writing jobs with prices attached to them. All that we need to do is to choose the ones we can do at any time and do it well. If the owner is satisfied, they pay you. The thing is that before they accept a writer, you will pass an obj English test, an essay writing test. It is not what I will post here because even if I post, you can not scale through without proper guidance and direction. You can send me mail to me if you need more info.

You people will keep defending nonsense without any fact.

If only you knew who is behind this account. Bragging is not the goal. But only if you knew. (Which is why I still have some regard for Nairaland, coz I can always protect my identity)

A LOT of "make money with infoproducts" are out there. So I can understand your intention.

But whether I know what I'm saying or not, you totally missed the part where I said this: All this is assuming you know even just a little bit of copywriting and about all that I mentioned above. If you don't know anything about it, either go and learn, or find someone to create the digital product, write your sales letter and run the ads for you.

So if I said that, then maybe... just MAYBE... I know what I'm doing brother.
Well I don't know you and you don't know me either. But what I do know is that the business of finding "hot info product" is no longer in vogue. My account at Selar. Co is now dormant.
What we do that bring the dollars now is content writing and content creation. I have 5 article to deliver this night and that is about 50usd. No one is talking of hot info product again.

so you also don't know road too? you would have corrected me by mentioning a business that one can start up with 1.5million naira.
you would have done this forum a great service by doing that instead you resorted to attacking me.
i trade and make money from it. just tell me that you don't know how to trade so that I can teach you.
its how you trade currency that will determine whether you are gambling or you are actually trading.
you are not wrong if you say its gambling, that's if you are trading wrongly.
They tell you to put $10 so you can make $1000 in 6 months. no be juju be that? the least amount of money you should put to make a good sum is $200 - $300 and you should be making about $50 - $100 a month if market moves .The best traders make 50% of capital a month and you want to do better than them? if you want to make at least $1000 a month you should have at least $5000 to $10,000 so that you can sleep well at night. Trading is 90 percent analysis (fundamental and technical), risk management and 10 percent execution. so if you know any good business todo with 1.5 million naira oya tell us
First I did not attack you. I only counter what you said. Second, I did not make any suggestion because it was a random question. I need to know somethings about his abilities, and time available to him before I can make effective suggestions. There are lots of businesses out there.
Then on fx, well am not a novice. I know of certain candle stick analysis, volitality index and others. But any biz with a possibility of gain or lost is pure uncertainty. The common name is gambling and that is where fx belong. It does not mean that one cannot make money out of it and it is not something you will recommend to a civil servant looking for more income.
RomanceRe: 'I Need A Husband' - 46-year-old Nigerian 'virgin' Cries Out by EXPRESSSMAN(m): 9:01am On Jun 26, 2025
It is not good for a man/ woman to be alone. The mistake most ladies make when it comes to marriage is staying in their comfort zone and waiting for the right man to come and propose marriage to them. This doesn't always work. It is based on probability. When a woman needs a job or a certificate, she goes all out and fights for them, but when she needs marriage, she waits for the right man to come. Like I said, it doesn't always work, and nothing is wrong with the woman.
I wrote a book titled " How To Attract Your Dream Man For Marriage When Your Are Ready"
It is about getting the right information and acting on it; nothing more. Every woman who wants to marry will marry, not minding her age, beauty, or social status. Just know how to play the game like this woman.
Then Naomi began to plot the graph. “This evening he will be threshing the barley, so wash yourself, put on some perfume, and get dressed in your best clothes. Then go where he is threshing, but don’t let him know you are there until he finishes eating and drinking. Be sure to notice where he lies down, and after he falls asleep, go and lift the covers and lie down at his feet. He will tell you what to do.”
Ruth answered,” I will do everything you say,” and that nailed it for her.
This was how Naomi navigated the plot to get her daughter-in-law to marry Boaz, a very rich and successful man.
You cannot rely only on your own thinking and knowledge to get certain things done. I want to be your own Naomi to help you achieve your desire of “Marrying the man of your dreams when you are ready”. You only need to listen to me as Ruth listened to Naomi.

Save more. There is no reasonable business to do with 1.5 million naira today unless you know how to trade forex or crypto.
That's not true. That you don't know the road to a place does not mean that the place does not exist. The forex and crypto you suggested are disguised gambling. Bet9ja is even better than them.

My mouth is fine.

See your brain. If you don't know, you don't know.

If you want to know, simply ask.

And if you know, simply give him your own way. But don't be stupid for nothing.
But you know that you were talking theory. I practice what you said, and I know that it is not what you would suggest a newbie to do. You have to take your time to learn first. Creating a website is not something you learn in one day. To run a Facebook ad is not a day thing. Then writing copy, creating a hot product, and the many processes that go with what you just said in five minutes do not work like that.
What you said is good, but I don't think you are doing it. You only read about it.

So whom do you think that will inherit Obi's 6m votes. Is it Tinubu that has made more enemies for himself.
In 2023 , I predict that Tinubu would not win Lagos. This time, I will predict the number of votes he will get in Lagos when the time comes. De give yourself hope. Obi is going to campaign with " hunger" this time around and all Nigerians can relate with that directly or indirectly. So we shall meet you people at the poll.

It's very annoying for people who don't even have any political relevant in their family not to talk about their street talking about regretting voting for president Tinubu in 2023.

Keep your inconsequential vote in 2027
You're wrong. In every election, one vote is very important. Scotland is still in Great Britain because of one vote. In 2014 Ihedioha won PDP primary election in Imo State by just 4 votes. History has a way of repeating itself. We are happy that she has realized her mistakes and face reality. Millions of others are thinking like her now but only time will tell.

Well, I am already a senior citizen. And by my training, I operate based on facts and verifiable evidence.

And I find your argument about the evolution of mankind and the world, quite strange. I don't know your religion. But as a Christian, the Bible reminded us that God cannot change. The same yesterday, today and forever.
Good to know that you're a senior citizen. As a senior, you should know that man do not understand 1/10 of the world and what life is all about. You're "verifiable evidence" is very limited. It cannot explain life and the things happening in it. I did not say that you should believe the Bible but I say take a look at your environment and the things around you and use it to project 1000 or 1 million years to come or the ones that had past.

Lol...🫤
The fact that the Bible is your point of reference in this discussion makes me realise there is no need for me to engage you any further in this discussion.
Even Benjamin Netanyahu would never point to the Bible as his point of reference in the present day conflict. However you are free to make the Bible your point of reference.
My sincere advise to you is that you do research on these issues. Your first assignment should be to find out the origin of the Bible itself.
Lol.....😊
You are the one contradicting yourself. You cannot talk of Israel without making refrence to the Bible. The Isrealities are also known as the Bible nation. Whether you believe the Bible or not does not make any difference.
You said the present Isreal is not linked to the biblical Israel. And I asked you whether the whole Jews died at a point without offsprings and you are talking of another thing instead of answering the question.

Everything you read in the Bible only existed inside the Bible. None was ever real. You will only end up getting more confused if you try to make any sense out of it.

That Jonah lived inside fish for 3 days
That Moses divided the sea with rod
That a snake spoke to Eve.
That a virgin became pregnant without sex
That the same powerful God asked Jesus's parents to runaway from Herold who is a human being.
That Daniel killed a lion with bare hands
That Shedrack, Meshack and Abednego were thrown into the fire and they weren't burnt.
That the world was once destroyed by flood
That Jesus walked on the water
etc.

Just ask yourself why hasn't those miracles been repeated?
They are all real.. I don't know your age but if you can assess the changes you have witnessed so far in both the environment and society within your time on earth, then you will realize that the world is not static. Anything is possible in 2000 years to one million years.
