Yeah, but this issue of manual collation from ward, LG and state is where the problem is. The new electoral law is talking of electronic transmission and not electronic collation. But collation is where the loophole is.
Let there be electronic collation that would check the manual collation before any results would be announced.

You read about Emiefele the ex CBN boss owing 750 buildings. Today is Malami looting 200 billions. All of them are like that. How do we stop the looting. This is the main issue. Even if 250 million Nigerians pay the tax, the same set of people will loot it.
