Thank you very much for taking yoru time out to coach the fatties,
your website is the bomb!!! But the hard part of the whole thing is
doing without the limited types of food in Nigeria, What and what do
we eat if we keep off these ones you've mentioned? I find it very difficult
to create time to go to the gym because of my hectic work schedules.
Pls, advice.
