It's like I live under a rock now. Asides names like Beyonce, Meek Mill, Tailor Swift and John Legend, the rest just don't ring a damn bell to me. The days of being a couch potato, switching between Trace Urban, BET, MTVBase and the rest are long gone. I gotta see to it that my kids fed fine, my wife stays happy, my dad goes for his medical check up often, my siblings keep seeing me as the big brother in all sense of that word, that we have cute roofs over our heads and that the accounts are not in the reds. People really don't understand what contentment is.....
Most davido fans think wizkid is in competition with davido, and to be very honest he is not....

Wizkid grew up very poor, I mean really poor that if you see some of his throwback pictures you will almost shed a tear or two for the boy.

I am 99% sure that wizkid never in his life knew he was going to be this big and globally recognized. Maybe his dream was to be famous in Nigeria because as at that time, no kid his age have ever gotten fame through music in Nigeria...

No wonder he sang jaiye jaiye in 2014 thanking God for bringing him thus far and enjoying life. If you were born in a Nigerian ghetto, All you will hope for is just for God to make your life better, so it was with a big surprise I guess in 2015 for wizkid to have Drake remixed his song...

From 2015 till now wizkid has so much over achieved so much, which is why he doesn't Go about bragging frequently like his music counterpart Davido...

What am I saying in essence?
