DEVELOPMENT IS A PROCESS, not an event. Personally, glad to witness several areas of Nigerian life and economic activity that is on the upswing - and even better than the creative INDUSTRY has largely developed and exploded without any significant governmental input and/or assistance, but entirely on the entrepreneurial nous of ordinary Nigerians.
