PapiWata: Let us just say that I am an HONORARY citizen of Greater Ondo, and a dedicated follower of the Lokiili tradition handed down for our betterment by our fore-fathers.

HealthRe: Dog Meat Kills Five In Cross River by Eyop: 6:14pm On Aug 31, 2014
PapiWata: Yes, Eyop, you are correct in identifying the Ondo people as being very fond of dog meat, which is named "Lokilii" in that neck of the woods. It is very rare to see a roaming stray dog in any town where the flesh of such house-pets is regarded as a delicacy, and when dogs are spotted, they walk around in a constant state of high alert, glancing over their shoulders every few seconds, their ears straining to hear those feared words "Ebuwa" or "Lokiili" either of which means it is time to break into a run for dear life.

It is high time that lovers of dog meat from ALL geographical sectors of Nigeria form a unifying body to direct and synchronize their activities with respect to their shared dietary preference. If I may, I would like to suggest that the new organization devoted to eating dog meat should be called something along the lines of " The Lokiili-Ebuwa Dog Eater's Alliance."
Am glad you are voicing out and now more people are aware of this. Are you from Ondo State?
HealthRe: Dog Meat Kills Five In Cross River by Eyop: 6:06pm On Aug 31, 2014
purplesummer: Ok. I've been to all the nooks and crannies of Akwa Ibom State. I've probably passed your house once wink
lol...really? So it means you've covered all the LGA in my state? I don't think so but let me not derail this thread,we go talk about that one later wink
HealthRe: Dog Meat Kills Five In Cross River by Eyop: 6:00pm On Aug 31, 2014
purplesummer: Alright. smiley I thought you are from the dog-eating tribes (no offence to anybody)
I am from Akwa-Ibom(i don't eat dog) but forget all the stories you hear that people from my side are the ones that eat Dog the most. Some Ondo people too eat dog very well but it doesn't really concentrate on one particular side. That your former pic on your DP,the way you posed was like you just finished eating one that time cheesy grin

pafestula: Imagine Hajoue Suzuki sounding stvpid horn and nonsense headlamps on the road, telling my V6 German wizard to clear off the road, telling me to tag learner etcl. I'm not happy honestly.
I understand but you sef no even try. Why drive your ride to reserve tank? Also you had error message since May and you couldn't find time to resolve that? Your machine deserves better care from you.
Car TalkRe: Mercedes Benz Thread by Eyop: 2:48pm On Aug 31, 2014
pafestula: I had ESP, BAS lights on since May, I tried to scan the car to detect the actual fault, but my car refused to connect this time.
That has nothing to do with what you are experiencing now. ESP: Electronic stability program and BAS light isn't the culprit here so you should resolve this current problem first after which you tackle the rest.
Car TalkRe: Mercedes Benz Thread by Eyop: 2:44pm On Aug 31, 2014
inze: Seconded,

Had this "dropping rpm" and "tutututu" sound like you said, sometime ago on a w202 c180.

Faulty fuel pump turned out to be the culprit. Had it replaced with a new one and that was it.

But as for yours, i'll advice you instruct your mechanic to clean the injector nozzle and see how it drives afterwards. And if symptoms persist, have him check the fuel-pump.
I once experienced that when i was driving a Land Rover. Brother that thing can be very frustrating and even Okada will be overtaking me on the high way and abusing me seriously cheesy grin. The problem with mine was that the fuel tank was a mess(dirts) and it affected the nozzles. So the mechanic dropped the tank, washed it thoroughly, serviced the injector nozzles and the problem was over. That "tutututu" sound was as well experienced in mine so let him check those areas.
FamilyRe: Ebola Wants To Destroy Her Marriage. by Eyop: 2:29pm On Aug 31, 2014
Marriage is for better for worse. So she shouldn't move anywhere but rather keep the husband in prayers. That's her cross so she should carry it.

pafestula: Pls am begging the MB users who had similar experience of my ordeal with my 2001 W203 before to help me out + the experienced users in the house.
Last two weeks at about 5pm, I drove out my W203 which I parked a day before that evening, on my way going at about 30 km/h within my street, I noticed the engine jacking, I was unable to revv beyond 2000rmp, so I managed it to the nearest filling station, thinking it was due to the low level of the fuel in my tank, which the car has not used to such level I deliberately left the fuel, though the low fuel indicator light never showed up yet, so after filling my tank with N5000, I started the engine and it revved very nice and drove smoothly, which made me conclude it was due to low fuel in my thank.

Some days after... this nonsense repeated itself despite full tank in my tank, this time while on motion, the accelerator failed totally, I switched off the engine and on it back again, and the car back to normal.
On Thursday morning, I started the car in order to move to office, only for this car to switched off itself, and couldn't power itself unless I depress the throttle pedal, I managed it with jacking condition like that to office without A/C, when coming back from office, I drove my normal car with full A/C till yesterday, when I was trying to fill my A/C gas, I depress the gas pedal as instructed by the A/C Guy, only for my gas pedal to failed back to 1000rmp from 3000rmp, off the engine again and on it back, and revved... same problem till I managed to filled little A/C gas and left back to my house, but on my way going home which is about 15km... my car became normal.

Today after cleaning the car and set for church, the worst happened, the car refused to rev beyond 2000rmp, I tried all old methods.. for where? my car turned me down totally, I managed it like that to and fro with tutu..tutu..tutu sound from my engine, A/C MBA! I couldn't turned it on, as that na no go area.

CONCLUSION:- I always have failed gas pedal while on motion, and the car doesn't go beyond 2000rmp.

NOTE:- I tried to scanned this car last 3weeks even before this drama, but the OBD II center... my car is not connecting with the scanning machine.

Please help me with any useful suggestion/contributions. Thanks
Sorry for your ordeal brother. What i suspect is happening to your ride is either the Injector Nozzles or Fuel pump but i know it's fuel related issue. Any error message on your instrument cluster?
