shoppyanno: Thanks @ Eyop. I need something rugged, fuel efficent, and can stand stress especially Lagos traffic. I ply Ekiti State to Lagos @ least once a month apart from other short trips.
If you must go for the Kompressor, please ensure you inspect it thoroughly because the Kompressor(can be repaired when faulty) is a wear item and considering the age of the vehicle, you need to be sure that all is good and fine before you buy. Some 6 Cylinder naturally aspirated engine cannot meet up with the kompressor despite being 4 cylinder engine. Very economical machine i must tell you.

Atouke: smiley
Wetin make you laugh? You follow OP castigate me that am spreading false information. Otuoke...i repeat am an insider and anything i say or post is nothing but the truth. Forget the issue of publishing news in the papers, anybody can do that. I will not use any nasty words on you because you don't know what's going on.
Car Talk › Re: Mercedes Benz Thread by Eyop: 8:53pm On Aug 18, 2014
shoppyanno: Hello MB family. I need your help. I'm in a dilema of which of these trim to choose.

W202 1999 C200 &W202 2000 C230 Kompressor

The 1999 is a German Spec with 132000miles (can't verify)
The 2000 is American Spec with 134000 miles verified on AutoCheck
Both are 4 cylinders
What do you want in a car? The kompressor is a supercharged engine while the C200 is a naturally aspirated engine. The C230 Kompressor is a performance ride i.e combining power with economy but the other is economical as well but in terms of performance, cannot be compared to the Kompressor.

Akwafinaaa: Ok Guys, the Gov actually said the cost of the Stadium complex was N60 billion last week on a Super Sport Documentary about the Uyo stadium, however he also said that the contract involves Julius Berger maintaining the stadium for the next 10 years so that it does not end the way of the other stadia in the country. So lets calm down, I am an Akwa Ibomite of Annang extraction. Cheers all
Again thank God you've admitted that the governor said that. Do you know the reason why? The financial records of the state states so though #62Billion is what we have there and not #60Billion and he wants that to tally with what we have on record. There's nothing like Julius Berger maintaining the stadium for 10 years is just an avenue to cover up since it's already known. For your information too,i am 100% Ibibio and from Uyo LGA to be precise.

Cheers
Eyop

Kachisbarbie: Na bitterleaf na. How person go use waterleaf before. I can try eat it the 1st day it's cooked, but subsequent days-no way and that's after adding small 'ogbono' to it sef.
madam people still cook their egusi with only waterleaf and that's when the "poo" grin grin is experienced. Since you complain about the colour of the soup, then when preparing, add more of bitterleaf and little egusi with more of the orishirishi inside cheesy grin

Akwafinaaa: Eyop always make sure you have your source of information ready before you ignite an argument. angry
Akpabio's administration is a farce filled with liars, manipulators. I still stand on my word that it's #62Billion and they can't hide the fact. Their financial records says so. They are probably hard put to disclose such a sum publicly. It's a monumental fraud. Eyebrows have been raised. Why didn't they publish this #16 billion farce in even one of the nearly 30 odd papers published in the state? Why didn't they post it on The Nation and punch which are widely read in the state. Look my brother,it's bad...very bad...and i mean the financial position of our state with debts approaching #600billion. Forget all the gimmicks you see here, the idi0t of the OP doesn't know what he's saying and he's a true supporter of this farce.

Your/my governor is the agent of darkness. Smh so Akpabio is the man with good name? By the way, what part of AKS are you from if i may ask?

Kachisbarbie: Hahahaha. Yes! So you know sef ...like poo missed with red oil.
grin grin well, that's the usual comment from people who don't like egusi. It also depends on how it's prepared. I usually add bitterleaf when preparing my egusi unlike some people that just use only waterleaf. May be you should try it that way if you haven't
Sports › Re: Jonathan Inspects Akwa Ibom Stadium Complex Under Construction In Uyo by Eyop: 6:33pm On Aug 18, 2014
Atouke: @Jazzydee has provided two concrete links from 2 credible national dailies putting the cost of the stadium at N16bn. incase you missed them : http://community.vanguardngr.com/profiles/blogs/will-akpabio-end-stronger-1

where is your own proof of the N62b? O boy you be rumor monger we don catch you today o!
Jazzydee is Akpabio's boy so what do you expect? He's one those singing praises "akwa-ibom ayaya" when in the real sense someone is busy looting.

Atouke: where then is your proof of the N62bn.stadium cost
Have you ever heard of a state publishing looted funds? Except those that have benefited from the massive looting may be like the OP,Akwa-Ibomites knows that the governor of that state has looted massively.

CFCfan: There is no way that stadium costs N62bn shocked I read somewhere that the AKSG spent under N20bn for the stadium complex.
Where did you read? paper? Guy forget matter we know what is going on and let us leave that matter but all the money he has looted will be coughed out one by one. According to his plans, Udom Emmanuel will never govern that state come 2015.

Sports › Re: Jonathan Inspects Akwa Ibom Stadium Complex Under Construction In Uyo by Eyop: 5:46pm On Aug 18, 2014
jazzydee: you mean those that understand the magician that Akpabio is to use one percent of allocation to achieve all he has done? Only one person used 2 fishes and 5 loaves of bread to feed multitudes and we all know who that was. Gov.Akpabio is a mere mortal and not a miracle worker and hence there is no way he would accomplish all that with 1% of state allocation.
If you are critic of the governor find a new material to criticize him with for this your 1% argument is the most silly argument i have ever herd. thats a free advise.
Like i said you won't understand and there's no point arguing with you. Do you know that the cost of Uyo Stadium according to the uncommon looter is #62Billion? Normally this shouldn't be more than #3.5Billion. And for your information,i am an insider and i know what's going on.

Akpabio must be a miracle worker or a magician to achieve all this and more projects too numerous to mention and pay all the civil servants in the state with just 1% of the state allocation.SMH
Guy forget all the long list. Those that understand what i meant by 1% of the state allocation won't argue on it.

Kachisbarbie: Aii. Ure good to go then
I love swallow too, If I have to eat only 1 food for my remaining years, I will definitely go for fufu/any soup (except egusi).
I don't eat FUFU and POUNDED YAM. I can eat anything swallow for 1 month or more provided the soup(egusi inclusive) is intact then no wahala.
Food › Re: A Picture Of Vincent Enyeama Cooking Okro Soup by Eyop: 3:41pm On Aug 18, 2014
Kachisbarbie: Lol, bc he is cutting with a board?
You guys should try cutting without a board, then I will no ure an expert.

Then when u wan cook yo okazi soup, no use palmoil o. Use palmkernel, boil am-crush am with mortart- seive am. Ehennn, then we can continue from there.
Sister i cut okro very well with my hands i.e okro, knife and my hand without any board. As for the palm kernel own,we call it abak(hope i got the spelling correctly) and you don't need palm oil when using that. Even you get a fantastic taste when using palm kernel compared to when using palm oil. I love anything swallow and that's the reason for the interest in cooking.

Am seeing clearly but Okro is very easy to prepare now. If na Vegetable soup,Ukazi, etc then na that one yawa fit dey. But now market women makes it very easy for Bachelors like us so all we do is to buy the already prepared one and follow the normal steps grin grin.
