Please I wish to know how possible it is to register a company in the USA from Nigeria.

I do lots of online business in the USA and the multiple taxations for Nigerians is killing me!

Some countries are exempted from all this tax cos their government have tax treaties with the US government. Even South Africa is exempted but Nigeria is not. In fact, they give us Nigerians a special case in these things as we pay more or get kicked out entirely.

I would like to register a company in the USA or a country that has a tax treaty with them and do not charge an arm and a leg in fees and tex themselves. Everything should be done online and my first get's a tax ID in the end.

I type this with so much pain and sense of loss. I found out about two years ago that my step mum is not my real mum (everyone keeps wondering why am just waking up to the obvious).

I grew up being hated by my mum's (now step mum) family, usually beaten, overworked and deprived; but I was told that I was being trained to be strong since I was the first daughter by my mum (now step mum). Fast forward, am all grown up and fully independent, then a distant relative I helped told me two years ago that my mum is not my real mum with facts. For me it was a relief (I thought there was something wrong with me that made me unloveable and to be treated different and given less, but I know better now). I am more confident knowing she never loved me and that it was no fault of mine.

Now, I just can't move on knowing I have a mother and I want to meet her and ask her questions (why she would dump her child for another woman to raise? Why she never came back to take me? Etc). And also if we could catch-up and be friends maybe.

The problem is that no one wants to tell me anything since most of my family members fear my dad and keep referring me back to my dad; I visited my dad and begged him to tell me who she is (I cried so much that he had to beg me to stop), he asked me to go so he can discuss it with my mum (step mum) but now shouts me down each time I bring up the topic.

I want to find my real mother . l don't know why I can't sleep or think about anything else. I need closure. I have been advised to sue my dad and am considering it. Please help me, I can't bear knowing I have a mother out there and not know who she is. Please help!

He didn't know what he was doing. This I discovered on the 2nd day after asking for an update on his work. He showed my screenshots of a public appeal and I nearly went crazy. However, through pleading and much talk he made me stay paient with him for nearly 2 weeks without results until I saw one of my posts gathering free likes on his fashion page. I knew i had been used then. I left him and my money and went to get another person who fixed the problem in just 1 hour.

After discussing with him on how to unblock his URL, I told him it will cost him 8k. He pleaded for 5k, that he didn't have much. And usually, I get referrals after completing the job successfully. So, I agreed believing that a good deed would not go unforgotten.
After going through the process for some days, he told me to halt that he is not going further. I was shocked. I told him that was not possible as the process has already started, and that we should let it run to conclusion so as to get it unlocked. Besides, I had bypassed normal channels to get to their support, manned by their employees. Attached are some screenshots.
He was desperate and adamant,after having explained that the case of his page was a complex one, and that it would take time.

He demanded a refund, and I told him that was not refundable as I had already incurred expenses for his job(fuel and data, as I had to keep checking regularly for updates and responding.
He insisted, and then I told him to exercise some more patience to get his page unblocked. Even when I tried to run a campaign with his page it proved futile as, the content posted was flagged down. The fashion page he is talking about was a page I created to run campaigns for a clothing store. But rather, he has included that page to intensify his blackmail. I don't know the connection of that page with the topic of discussion at hand

I told him I tried to run a campaign with his page but couldn't because of the flagged post, but only for him to come here and state otherwise, in his plot to blackmail.
The next thing he started rainning insults and threatened to reportme to anti-fraud unit at the bank. That was when I lost my cool and told him to go to hell and do what he wants to do if he can't be patient till we get it resolved.

With over 7years on NL, I have never ever met such a person and no one has ever complained about me or my services. For God's sake, who would want to endure such high level of defamation for what or how much?

I've never defamed anyone on NL in my life but I have challenged a few and have been defamed by them. It's the standard defence stratagy of scammers on this faceless website. The worst of all was PrinceOgun and his thousand monikers. He was mentioning you up and down during my last confrontation with him. I noted it and always wondered how you would exploit that. You didn't do a good job of it, I must say.

PrinceOgun sells nulled plugins and themes that destroys people's website . I expose him all the time. Been at it for 4 years ever since I fell victim. You seem to approve of PrinceOgun's antics and yet you claim to be a webmaster. If i see you soliciting for website jobs tomorrow and tell people not to hire you, you will say I'm a bad person. Or is there any other case of defamation you can level against me?

Back to the issue of your scam.

1. Firstly, let me bust your lie of charging me 8k with the WhatsApp image below. Your fee was 10k for unblocking the URL and 5k to run ads and at least get 30 likes on my page. YOU REFUSED TO BACK DOWN

2. Can you explain how you planned to run this ads and on my page from your own page? I'm open to learning new things even when they're impossible

3. When you first showed me these images of your chats with Facebook ad team I told you plainly that you did not know what you were doing and could get my Url banned permanently. Can you remember why I said that? You seem to have a good memory, think well. If you go wrong I will correct you swiftly with screenshots, never fear. You could help us all by posting the whole chat, though. Don't forget the part where you were behaving as if Facebook hired you to help them find all the faults on my page. Nonsense!

4. After that chat you went and filed a public appeal, did you not? Same appeal I told you was useless. You filed it and told me to wait. You wanted me to wait 7 years, abi, or has a response come from FB after 6 months?


What you did was work, do anything at all to ensure you had a likely story to justify keeping my money. I couldn't shake off the thought after you abruptly asked for the login details of my website right after that Facebook chat. You were counting on my ignorance because you really did not know what you were doing. The same page you claim cannot run the ads you charged me for is the same one someone else used to unblock the domain and he did it in 1 hour flat.


You couldn't prove your fake innocence in January that's why you never answered when Tabbaz called you our to respond to my accusation. But you think you can do that now in july because I may not have all the proof lying around after more than 6 months.

you went around this website calling me a blackmailer, a scammer, a fraudster, a slave driver, and yet you were the one that took my money under false pretense and refused to give it back. I finally left you alone and you still won't rest.

You are not just a fraudster. You are very wicked.

Having a domain blocked on Facebook is not a very common problem. Most people don't even know it can happen. My business was in season and i was sharing posts to Facebook groups like crazy when it happened. I was automatically given a link to appeal the ban, which I did.

I appealed 7 times in 3 weeks but never got an answer. I finally google the issue and was horrified to find many people complaining about the same issue on Quora. Some of them had been banned for months and years with no solution in sight! See the attached image.

You see Facebook makes it possible for anyone to contact them by filling out the form on their help page but they are notorious for never responding. My only solution was a trick.... run an ad on my Facebook page then contact the FACEBOOK ADVERTISING SUPPORT TEAM AND COMPLAIN

Understand that you must run PAID ads before you will see the link to contact the Facebook ads support team. There is no other way. Once you run the ads and the link appears, contact them and they will solve any problem within minutes.

The process of running paid ads on Facebook is complex and I had no time to learn so decided to hire someone to do it. I opened a thread and asked for a 'pro' who understood the problem

The Problem

It was on the Second/thrid day that I asked for screenshot proof of what this guy was doing only to discover that...

1. He was not really running a paid ad in order to get the likes I wanted and open the door to contact Facebook ads support team
2. He had gone to the same useless Facebook help center page and filed an ordianry appeal

I was mad. And that was when i first canceled the transaction. He wouldn't let go and kept begging for me to wait a few more days. I told him a few more day will run into months and years, i saw the complaints on Quora. He said he knew what he was doing blah... blah.. blah...

I gave him more days that stretched into a week, then 2 weeks and still no show, just demands for more time. Tired of the runaround, I finally left him, money and all, and went elsewhere.

The guy that finally got my domain unblocked did it in under One Hour. Look at the Whatsapp image attacked. I found him through an article he wrote on the issue on his website.

To the best of my knowledge miccolo2 sent facebook several appeals by that useless free method. Pls ask him to post screenshots of even one response he got to show he was successful in connecting.


What's the Scam here?

I opened a thread and this guy came to me as a pro. We talked, agreed and I paid but he never planned to carry out his part of the deal in all honesty. He didn't even know-how. He was wobbling and fumbling at my expense, doing rubbish. Time is money. He wasted my time on something I paid for too.

1. Run paid ads to get 30 like and open FB ads team support link.... Instead he shared the page and posts around and gathered only 2 likes in two weeks *(I posted proof of one post on his fashion page when i first reported thsi case)

2. Contact Facebook Ads team... Instead he filed appeal with a link Facebook bots dropped in my page's notification box. Something I had done 7 times befgore. Something others had been doing for years and failed


This guy used me and he did it deliberately. He had already spent my money so could not refund. It was just one excuse after another. I am yet to see the excuse that justifies his lies about running paid ads, though. Therefore, he could never have contacted FB ads team using the page as was necessary. I DESERVE A FULL REFUND, SIR. But I'm tired of asking the matured scammer for it.

In truth, I actually saved my business by walking away from this guy.

Because of your ignorance, some of those scammers will even try to make it look like your fault. Miccolo2 operates precisely that way. He exploits people's ignorance to make money. Just look at his comment history and think. I've challenged him twice. Dominique banned him on the thried ocaasion. The ban expired only recently, which is why he is here again now. Try to make me look guilty so as to walk free with my money.
