darkwan:SE backwater region? which part of the SE have you been to before to come that preposterous conclusion. Outside of Lagos and maybe Ogun state, all the SW so called towns/cities are about on par with ordinary villages in the SE. |
It seems all these Seriki Fulani all went to the university of exaggeration and lies, this one still dey learn work from Seriki of Igangan wey Igboho show pepper. |
More than anything else the breaking point and most fatal mistake of the North in over-testing Yorubas was attacking Yorubas in Ibadan which proved fatal. I'm an Igbo boy born and raised in Ibadan, and I know enough not to mess with Ibadan people...Ibadan is the beehive of Yoruba militancy and ruthlessness... all the most violent street thugs, street fighters, vigilantes etc you can find in the SW are headquartered in Ibadan. I witness lots of ethnic violence when growing up in Ibadan - especially Sango and Beere axis), and the brutality of the killings alone was scarring reminiscence for me. Ibadan is the South East equivalence of Aba or Onitsha when it comes to having no joy, that's why Hausas can do nonsense anywhere in the East and maybe get away with it... but in Aba and Onitsha? it will be a Slaughter house for them. |
gidgiddy:Bro you can believe what you want to believe cause it's your prerogative. But if common sense should prevail in all of this, it would make more sense for the Nigerian army to take these women to some obscure location away from scrutiny and do with them what they please with no compelling evidence even if the victims talked... if I want to rape or abuse a woman (God forbid), would I take her to a place where I get easily caught? no be to carry an enter bush or uncompleted building? Nwanne let's use our brains not emotions sometimes. We all know IPOB media wing are out to make a mess of Wike's political career, and they will sell anything possible to make that happen... I'm the least fan of Wike, and I know he will pay the price soon for his role in Obigbo, but definitely not through promoting juvenile lies that make us look desperate and stupid. |
gidgiddy:Bros use your head and stop sticking it in the sands by playing the ostrich every damn time... no be everything we go use emotion take do. Nobody is denying the human right violation records of the Nigerian army, but when I knew this whole report was fake and concocted by ipob propaganda was when they claimed the women were taken to Mogadishu barracks and raped etc... now anyone that knows Mogadishu barracks or has been there before would instantly know it's all bullsh*t... Mogadishu barracks isn't like your regular washed up barracks, it's a highly guarded fortress with CCTV camera's everywhere and very tight security, it's where very dangerous criminals like terrorists are kept... you really think the Nigerian army will be stupid enough to take women to such location of all places to abuse? nwanne we are Igbos, I know say na condition make crayfish bend but we're still a very intelligent people for heavens sake. |
Ipob has unfortunately reduced lots of Igbos to simple minded gullible followers that believe every nonsense they are told, worst part is that even the educated ones easily fall into that trap...what a shame. |
imagine diplomacy from Miyetti Allah of all organizations, e be like say ESN dey show their boys pepper inside bush and farms. |
Meet the man who was a Brigadier in the Biafran army, surely our mother comes from a family of prestigious warriors and honorable people ![]() https://twitter.com/realnamdosky/status/1361577694983512067?s=20

SoulMus:Anioma is a cultural nomenclature and not a tribe you yoruba mo.ron,Awolowo didn't have to waste his free education legacy only for you to be this daft ![]() Ijebu people are not yorogbas as they have always a maintained a distinct identity, even the Awujale has made that clear enough, go argue with him not me. Even Lagos belong to the Benin people historically The Bini kingdom is greater than your useless Oyo garbage empire, and parts of Yorubaland belong to the Bini like Akoko-edo in Ondo state. Even Ijaws own part of Ondo state. Kwara belongs to the Fulani caliphate Delta Amaka Igbo Amaka Afonja ajoka Sudan Amaka |
SoulMus:That one concern you, go address your frustrations with the Awujale of Ijebu. Sudan Amaka ![]() |
pazienza:I refuse to accept most of these mo.Rons like the one you replied to are this incorrigibly daft or just want to troll...how a supposedly grown man with some education and common sense still thinks Delta state is a tribe is beyond me... unfortunately lots of Yorubas actually think like that, including the educated ones! |
SoulMus:Sudan Amaka ![]()
|
SoulMus:Yes I agree. Including Ijebu people, considering the fact that they are not even Yorubas |
Just check out the pure duplicity of this guy in these two tweets, the hypocrisy and hate campaign really stinks to high heavens. Surely whom God has blessed, no man can curse Check out that guy's first tweet, and then his second tweet after Madam Ngozi's appointment... SMH.

Fulani Herdsmen Kill Four In Ogun Community After Visit By Police Commissioner, Others Search NEWS REPORTS OPINION #NIGERIADECIDES POLITICS BUSINESS SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT LIFESTYLE EDUCATION VIDEOS PHOTOS DOCUMENTS Fulani Herdsmen Kill Four In Ogun Community After Visit By Police Commissioner, Others They reportedly invaded the areas in the evening, setting ablaze some houses and killing four villagers. BY SAHARAREPORTERS, NEW YORKFEB 15, 2021 No fewer than four persons were reportedly killed by suspected killer herdsmen on Sunday evening at Agbon-Ojodu, Yewa North Local Government Area of Ogun State. The suspected herdsmen were said to have attacked Ebute Igbooro, killing four persons and setting properties ablaze on their trail. This was after about six persons were hacked to death and some thrown into a river in Owode Ketu on Thursday. It was gathered that the latest attack on Sunday came a few hours after a delegation of the Ogun State Government left the area. The delegation, led by the Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Afolabi Afuape, and his counterpart in the Ministry of Information and Strategy, Waheed Odusile, visited the affected areas in company with the state Commissioner of Police, Edward Ajogun, where they promised to secure lives and property. They reportedly invaded the areas in the evening, setting ablaze some houses and killing four villagers. A member of the Ogun State House of Assembly representing the area, Haruna Egungbohun, has confirmed the incident. Egungbohun said, “Fulani herdsmen killed four people along Agbon Road immediately the Commissioner of Police, Commissioner for Local Government and Commissioner for Information left the area.” According to him, people ran to avoid being killed by the killer herdsmen during and after the incident. Meanwhile, Eselu of Iselu, Oba Akintunde Akinyemi, who also confirmed the incident, warned that if the killing of his people did not stop, he might lead an attack against the criminals. http://saharareporters.com/2021/02/15/fulani-herdsmen-kill-four-ogun-community-after-visit-police-commissioner-others |
I've had a deep and critical self-evaluation about my time here, and I've come to the conclusion say I just dey waste the best prime of my life on useless tribal e-wars and campaigns of hate. For one e no dey add any value to my life, secondly its becoming very toxic to my well being as a man who actually( aside from the disgusting character representation of hate, spitefulness and bigotry that defines most of our online personalities on the internet) many of us here are actually nice, caring and very upright people who come on nairaland to vent, banter and diffuse our innate feelings of unhappiness. It's so bad and borderline psychopathic how we leverage on bad news affecting other people of a particular ethnicity to score cheap ethnic points? Fulani herdsmen will kill Yorubas and Igbos will celebrate... Fulani herdsmen will kill Igbos and yorubas will rejoice, and all in that order of cyclic melancholy the madness continues while human lives are wasted! where have our consciences gone? no remorse for human life... tomorrow it could be your family members who will suffer a similar fate in the hands of these so called Fulani herdsmen and then it sinks in! I dey retire jare, na to just dey come on here once in a while to watch una embarrass unasef, I'm off to romance and career section make man know wetin him go use him life do ![]() |
Kennyswag:Probably because we just enjoy bad news and violence here, leveraging on bad news just to score cheap ethnic points is a normal day in the office on nairaland. |
And some bastards will be asking why we didn't allow our useless spineless fat governors establish a security outfit, I hope you can now all see why no Igbo person takes those useless charlatans serious in the East... if we had to tow the path of going about the security of the East "constitutionally" by waiting on those incompetent clowns we call governors, fulani herdsmen would have converted the South East into a caliphate. Thank God for ESN, we will support them with every resource and effort necessary. |
I actually feel incredible pity for this Fulani herdsmen, cause they don't seem to realize that they are now an endangered specie who are dangerously overdue for a genocide of unprecedented proportions... every Fulani including the good and honest ones has now become a marked man/woman all over Nigeria, the massacre that will be unleashed on the Fulani people in Nigeria will be terrible, it will be worse compared to the holocaust the Jews suffered in the hands of Nazi Germany. It's now time for the South to put aside our petty differences (especially Igbos and yorubas) and confront these monsters once and for all. |
OROSUNBOLB:I feel you boss, I'm glad the Yorubas are waking up and taking care of the madness from these degenerates, they act like animals and should be rightfully treated as such. |
OROSUNBOLB:@ the emboldened, can you provide proof that Wakili has been chased out of Ibarapa? cause reports I've seen so far suggest he's still there terrorizing people o! |
Rather cowardly by the hoodlums to attack innocent yoruba people, they should go confront the Hausas in shasha axis if e sure for them. |
Lagoon0:The report is from Punch, a yoruba media... running away from the truth won't help the situation right now. |
Stop the lies, the Hausas were the ones rampaging and burning down properties, go on Twitter and follow the updates from witness reports. |
Fahdiga:All jokes and banter aside, we might be experiencing a slow but steady attempt of genocide by the herdsmen in these communities, I used to tease the yorubas but this is getting out of hand. |
That's 13 Yorubas killed by Fulani herdsmen in just 4 days!! At this point it's safe to decade a state of emergency in Ogun and Oyo states, Kai! |
No tribe has spoken up against the plight of the Benue people in recent times more than the Igbos, and that's because even though our history with the Benue people hasn't been very good especially in light of their willful participation in the pogroms against my people, we still share a similar struggle in constantly fighting against oppression. The Igbos who showed no sympathy to the Fulani genocide in Benue are well within their rights to do so (if they cite the killings of Igbos by Benue people in 1966),then it's a fair case of karma coming around in full circle. Yet a vast majority of Igbos stood with the Benue people... the world doesn't begin and end on nairaland (to the daft OP). |
Alba3:Your tears are just beginning ![]() |
Yobabad:And we the good Fulani people appreciate you my bayerebe brother, all your lands belong to us and we have taken a fancy to your women who love our burantashi-enhancing gbolas, please we also need more Seriki's all over Yorubaland cause we own part of your region now. We solemnly promise not to flog your people anymore if they deny us our grazing rights, but we expect them to understand your lands belongs to us now insha Allah God bless the Great Fulani nation God bless our yoruba serfs One Nigeria ![]() |
