There are millions of Anambrians in Aba and umuahia, into cultism, kidnapping e.t.c
Yet Abians Don't profile all Anambrians as kidnappers or cultist! Evans NWA Anambra terrorized the entire Lagos with kidnapping, yet Lagos state government is still appointing Anambra people into there admin
So what's your point?
My point is that in Anambra, Ebonyians have been rejected and there is a coordinated approach to deny them residence in the state. Unless they deny their state of origin which many of them are now doing, it will be hard for them to get accommodation going forward. But Anambrarians know how to identify them no matter what.

Anambra people have issues with everyone because of Ego. Not just Ebonyi people
With everyone? Not correct. Imolites are at home in Anambra state. In fact they prefer to build their factories and other major investments in Anambra. They also own some very good private schools in Anambra state. Abians are not that many in Anambra, the few ones here are bus drivers. Others tend to hide themselves. But you see Ebonyi people, a large number of them have turned themselves into nuisance and public menace in the state. They are diabolic, litter the roads with faeces, touts, robbers, UGM, and other criminal activities. Enugu indigenes in Anambra are more into street urchins, keke and okada drivers, they are also nuisance but at a lower level than Ebonyians.
Politics / Re: Update on developments in Anambra state-photos by Ezewuzie01: 1:46pm On Mar 01
The latest in Anambra now is don't rent your house to any Ebonyi indigene. It is spreading very quick like wildfire. Just got the info. Ebonyi people are now seen as dangerous humans to cohabit with.

This congratulations should not prevent Soludo from demolishing and relocating the Nkpor spare parts market from the expressway. That market is an eyesore including the caricature flyover at Nkpor that failed governor Peter Obi built which must also be demolished to make way for better infrastructure.
Politics / Re: Bauchi Police Declare Idris Abdul’azeez Wanted: Shehu Sani Reacts by Ezewuzie01: 1:24pm On Feb 24
The way Nigerian police and other military find it hard to arrest fulanis who break the law is no longer amusing. It is like fulanis are allowed to break the law and go scot free while southerners are bundled up and humiliated whenever they cross a red line. Up till this day, the police and intelligence services refused to arrest the Adamawa INEC REC who manipulated the result of the governorship election after collecting bribes.

So those pictures look fine to you. See how the whole place scatter scatter and look disorganized with winding roads and you are calling it fine. No wonder Nigerian leaders use your brains to play draft.

It is looking like APC will win. PDP chose a man who cannot speak his mother's tongue and needs an interpreter talk to his own people, while LP chose a man who has a Yoruba name and lives in Lagos in contravention to the popular Edo slogan that Edo no be Lagos.

The Supreme Court has said it many times..... Eze v PDP, Babayemi v Adeleke and many many. Only the NWC-backed Primary is valid.

They chorused it again, only an aspirant who participated in all stages of the primary can go to Court. The aspirant must be accredited and present to put on the cloak of aspirant.

See Onyebuchi Chukwu v. Umahi.

As I speak to you, Shaibu wasn't even accredited in the primary and in the eyes of the law, not an aspirant.
Dey play. You will soon know that there is difference between six and half a dozen. NWC that didn't disqualify Shuaibu and INEC monitored his primary. So you don't know that they just wanted to eat Obaseki's money. The court that told you 25% is not compulsory in FCT even though it was clear in black and white.

Criticisms of the slow road projects aside, I commend Soludo for closing down several poorly located markets that are an eyesore such as tomatoes market by army barracks and the coke market by Onitsha Owerri expressway. It is very commendable. He has also ordered Ogbo iron in Fegge to relocate to Nteje within three months. I salute his courage. That what proactive governors do. He is not a coward like the demented Peter Obi who allowed Abada market near the banks of river Niger to remain there after initially threatening them to stop work on the place. Soludo should speed up work on the new drug market in Oba so that he can relocate them from head bridge as soon as possible because they are a nuisance there. He must not give in to pressure to rescind his decisions because we know those traders will trade on top of roads if nobody checks them. The government must now come up with new plans for those markets it has seized like giving them to developers for modern shopping malls, office buildings, or recreational parks etc. Soludo should also remove the Nkpor /Mgbuka markets from the express while plans should be accelerated to relocate and demolish the Abada market by the banks of the Niger. It is an eyesore to visitors entering Onitsha from the old bridge.

Breaking News:

Governor Soludo lambasts and terminates the contract of NBHH Engineering Company over negligence and delay in delivering nine roads totaling 14.053 km in Okpoko.

The Governor announced the immediate termination of the road project contract when he visited the site unannounced on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.

The nine (9) road project in Okpoko include:
-Obodoukwu - Owerri Road (L= 2.884km W=12m)
-Ogbuagu-Ik Onuora-Anumudu-Mgbuka Amazu -Owerri Road (L= 2.992km W=7.3m)
-Edeh Road-School Road-Awalite- Ojoto -Owerri Road (L= 1.48km W= 9m)
School Road-Umuobom Street- Ojoto Street Junction (L= 0.576km W= 6m)
-Umuobom ST (Ojoto St Junction)- Adazi Ani ST - Owerri Road (L=1. 345km W=6m).
-Umenweke ST (Obodoukwu Junction) - Umeojiakor ST (School Rd Junction) (L=0.593km W=6km)
-Awalite (Ojoto Junction) - Anumudu (Mgbuka Amazu Junction) (L= 0.991km W= 6m)
-Uzii Street - Mission Street (Awalite Junction) (L= 0.538km W= 6m)
-Anumudu Street (Ik Onuora Junction) - Gmo Road (L= 0.350km W= 9m)}
14.053km.

.
Soludo is not serious. I don't know what he thinks he gains by playing to the gallery. Governments around the world are rated by their efficiency and quality of service delivery. These roads were among the very first roads he awarded immediately he was sworn in. That's almost two years of struggling with mere 14km roads. Shameful. Where is his commissioner for works? Why should the governor be the one moving around ascertaining the quality of roads when he has a commissioner for works who is a so-called engineer and is paid for doing nothing? It is either the commissioner for works is a thief or is grossly incompetent. Either way he should be fired or we will believe that he is sharing kickbacks with the governor. How will the state government recover its money already paid to the contractor for lousy job done and for time lost? I expected Soludo who is a first class economist to be so much smarter than this display of inefficiency and tardiness that his government has come to be known for. Didn't he know that something like this was going to happen when he awarded road contracts to these quack contractors he is using all over the place? How about using just two or three well-known reputable contractors and award them bulk road projects for which they will surely offer your government a discount and you can also rest assured that they will give you a quality finishing? This one year, one road government that Soludo is leading calls to question his competence to lead a government. I am beginning to think being highly educated does not always translate to being a competent administrator. Soludo has been disappointing so far. What he has offered so far doesn't show he has capacity to do exceptionally well. He can start redeeming himself by using only good contractors like RCC, Nigercat, CCECC and let them turn Onitsha, Obosi, Nkpor, Ogidi, Awka, Nnewi, Ekwulobia and our urban areas into a massive construction site, not this story of dubai-taiwan he is always telling and yet people are seeing squalor and incompetence everywhere. Let him borrow if necessary. Ndi Anambra won't mind as long as they see the borrowed funds in action.
