You don't get my point do you? And i can totally understand...its the GEJ euphoric sensation that has clouded your judgement.
What i simply meant was, seeing the recent success of the army, wouldn't it have been better if this had come earlier and innocent lives had been saved. My guess is you haven't lost any loved one to this BH dilemma.
Why this is coming now is not because the president cares for the people, its cos he needs their votes. I am not an avid supporter of any party...lest you crucify me,i am just a concerned citizen.
After lives had been wasted, with our president turning a blind eye and dancing away, suddenly election day draws nigh and he needs our votes,he decides to go on a BH rampage ( something that should have been done earlier).
It just doesn't work that way...At all bros! Nigerians are the wiser for it undecided
pls stop writing like you just got access to internet for the past 8 years....
Was there ammunitions initially? No enough fighting tools initially but thank God we got 'em now even though the west refuse selling... in all this takes TIME

Now instead of u to be rejoicing over the victory u are condemning

HealthRe: Health Risks Of Wearing Used Clothes by Ezyp(op): 4:51pm On Feb 22, 2015
Yeah we learn everyday
HealthHealth Risks Of Wearing Used Clothes by Ezyp(op):
You see them in most markets, though some more than others, dealers and buyers of used clothes transacting businesses; exchanging cash for used clothes from the united states, united kingdom, Italy and other developed countries – the trade is so widespread you can never miss it; everybody want high quality outfits but most people cannot afford the prices they come for at regular boutiques. From middle-class office workers to stark illiterates, the customers-base has no definite demography.

One can write epistles on the economic downturns that push people into patronizing clothes previously used by people they have no idea about, and how government policies have ruined the textile industry in Nigeria but that is not the subject of this article. The subject of this article is the health risks associated with wearing used clothes.

Many human diseases, especially the sexually transmitted diseases, are transmitted through body fluids (blood, sweat, urine, semen, vaginal discharge and so on) and the causative organisms implicated in a lot of these diseases have been isolated in clothes of people with these diseases.

Infections such as vaginal and skin candidiasis, scabies, ring worm, body lice, chicken pox, gonorrhea, syphilis and hepatitis (types A, B, C, D and G) can be transmitted through clothes previously used by infected persons. The risk is even more if the clothes are not properly washed, disinfected and ironed before use. The category of clothing that are more culpable are underwear which most people do not iron before use do to the material with they are made which does not allow them to withstand that much heat.
Washing with regular detergents may not be enough to get rid of some of these bacteria and the eggs of some parasitic organisms which are naturally conditioned to withstand harsh conditions for survival; for these, strong reagents are sometimes needed to get rid of them and you will need to iron them after to be double sure.

If you are buying these materials, ensure that you use antiseptics to disinfect them, line them out in the sun and iron them before use.
For underwear that cannot be ironed directly, you can do “shadow ironing” – place a material on the underwear when it is still a little bit wet and then “iron-dry” it; better still, avoid buying such materials entirely!

Another common practice is trying on materials that you want to buy so see if it fit – desists from this practice and if you must, always try them on without taking your clothes off – by this, you avoid them getting in contact with your skin before you disinfect and iron them.
Bottom line: Buy new clothes if you can, and if you can’t, treat them properly before use.

Health10 Cancer Symptoms Most People Ignore by Ezyp(op): 11:39am On Feb 22, 2015
The 10 symptoms researchers consider to be red flags. While they could be nothing, the researchers say the point is to recognize that they could also be cancer—and to ask your doctor to check your symptoms out.

1. Persistent cough or hoarseness
While a cough here and there is nothing to worry about, a consistent cacophony or a cough accompanied by blood is definitely cause for concern. “Most coughs are not cancer,” says Therese Bartholomew Bevers, MD, professor of clinical cancer prevention and the medical director of the Cancer Prevention Center at the MD Anderson Cancer Center. “But certainly a persistent cough needs to be evaluated to see if it could be lung cancer.” Your physician should recommend a chest X-ray or CT scan to rule out cancer as a possibility.

2. Persistent change in bowel habits
When your bowel movements aren’t as easy as they once were or your stool appears larger than normal or somewhat deformed, this could be a sign of colon cancer, says Bartholomew Bevers. “It could be a sign that there is a mass impeding the transit of the stool from the bowel,” she says. “This is a symptom where a person should go to the doctor and schedule a colonoscopy to see if there indeed is a mass.”

3. Persistent change in bladder habits
“If there is blood in the urine, that could be indicative of bladder or kidney cancer—but more commonly this is a sign of a urinary tract infection,” says Bartholomew Bevers. Check for an infection first, then pursue other treatment options.

4. Persistent unexplained pain
“Most pain is not a sign of cancer, but persistent pain must be checked out,” says Bartholomew Bevers. “If you have persistent headaches, for example, you likely don’t have brain cancer—but it is still something that must be looked into. Persistent pain in the chest could be a sign of lung cancer. And pain in your abdomen could be ovarian cancer.”

5. Change in the appearance of a mole
While not all moles are indicative of melanoma, spotting a new mark or one that has changed is something you should bring up with a dermatologist who can screen for skin cancer, says Bartholomew Bevers. (Check out these new signs of skin cancer you need to know about.)

6. A sore that doesn’t heal
If you have a sore that’s hanging on past the three-week mark, you should bring it up with your doctor. “We would have expected our body to have healed itself by now,” says Bartholomew Bevers, “and you should absolutely get that checked out.” That kind of sore could be a sign of carcinoma.

7. Unexpected bleeding
Vaginal bleeding—outside of your normal cycle—could be an early sign of cervical cancer, while bleeding from the rectum could indicate colon cancer, says Bartholomew Bevers.

8. Unexplained weight loss
“As adults, we try very hard to lose weight,” says Bartholomew Bevers. “But if weight is falling off of you without any effort on your part, that is a big concern and can be indicative of a serious medical problem.” One of those problems, she says, could be malignancy or a tumor.

9. An unexplained lump
“Any time you have a lump that is new or a lump that is changing, that is something you should absolutely have looked at by your doctor,” says Bartholomew Bevers. While it could be a benign cyst (and likely is), it could also be “a cancer that is in the subterranean tissue. A lump in the breast, of course, is a very common symptom of breast cancer.” See your physician to get more information.

10. Persistent difficulty swallowing
Two cancers may be behind this symptom, including neck and esophageal cancer. “People who see these symptoms will often start to modify their diets, eating softer foods without thinking there could be a more serious issue.”

“The bottom line,” says Whitaker, “is that if people are experiencing any persistent symptoms, they should go to their doctor for advice.”

Hey guys pls I need ur help, I'm a bit confused and I don't wanna mk any mistakes while filling the nddc masters application form.

The is a place for guarantors on the form.
Am I to fill in the "Guarantor written consent of good conduct that nddc specifically said we should get from either ur LGA Chairman, NAS member, High Court Judge or a traditional ruler".. Or I am to get another guarantor entirelyhuh?

Thanks I anxiously waiting
bro there is nothing confusing....let me ask u this questions:- Do you know any LG chairman, NAS member, High court judge, Traditional ruler? (if u don't then go and look for one) If u do know any, do u knw his full name , email address, work address, phone number? (if u don't then go get it) If you had them already then fill them in in the website.
Do you have a letter signed by any of this guarantors? If you do then upload it( you should see where to upload it while filling in the form online) if u don't have a LETTER from any of them, don't worry submit the form but make sure u get a LETTER before the exam date.
