Pls wats d full meaning of IGSE
The International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) is an academically rigorous, internationally used, and specialized English language curriculum which is offered to students to prepare them for International Baccalaureate, A Level and BTEC Level 3 (which is recommended for higher tier students). It is based on the GCE O-Level and is recognised as being equivalent to the GCSE. The IGCSE was developed by University of Cambridge International Examinations in 1985. The examination board Edexcel offers its own version, the Edexcel International GCSE. The term "IGCSE" is the registered trade mark of the University of Cambridge and is used under licence. Recently, Edexcel have renamed their IGCSE as the Edexcel International GCSE.

FROM A THREAD "WE Will GET BACK TO YOU"
NairaMode: Lol.. With experience you will know how to tackle such issue. Its common and its simply because HR professionals have to be diplomatic in their responses. It is however better if they include that if you don't hear from us between this and that date then you have not been considered for the role. Whenever I find myself in such a situation this are the method I use.

1) You will understand that I am keenly interested in this job and I would really love to get a feedback from you no matter your decision. Thank you. That makes the HR person to commit him or herself and usually I get a response.

2) Sometimes I simply ask when do we expect to hear from you and usually they will give you a time frame. If I don't hear from them within that period then I call or send an email requesting for feedback which I most times get.

3) Lastly, during the interview process, I ask them: "What kind of employee can you not work with"? and then I get a story of who they want and what they do not want. After their response to me, I further ask them if they feel I fit into that description. The answer you get will generally help a smart person have an expectation of whether to keep dreaming about the job or not. Lastly, for me it is unhealthy to keep your mind locked on a job or company after an interview or test. If you dont hear from them then contact them. Otherwise, move on and keep aspiring for a better life in this world full of awesome opportunities. I hope I was able to help.

Health“Wearing Tight Shape Wear Can Cause Blood Clots & Death” – Health Experts by Ezyp(op): 8:42am On Sep 22, 2014
Lagos (NAN) – An Orthorpaedic Surgeon, Akintayo Akindele, on Friday in Lagos, cautioned women against wearing tight body shapers to guard against gastrointestinal problems, nerve damage and even deadly blood clots.

Akindele of the National Orthopaedic Hospital, Igbobi, Lagos, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) that body shaping underwear, popularly called “girdles’’ among women, were used to achieve a slimmer look.

He said that the undergarments which also help women achieve a smooth, flat stomach could pose serious health risk as they may restrict blood flow around the body.

“When women wear really tight body shapers, it can decrease and restrict the blood flow.

“This can lead to blood clots which can travel to the lungs, heart, the brain and even lead to death.

“Tight shape wear can be restrictive; you may have trouble breathing properly. Some women have even fainted in extreme cases.

“Such extremely tight garment squeezes the lungs, causing your lungs to have difficulty expanding enough to take in a proper amount of oxygen,’’ he said.

Akindele said that body shapers gave the illusion of a smaller figure, flattening the stomach and bringing in the waist line.

He, however, urged women to ensure that they wear body shapers that fit comfortably to prevent health problems.

Muhyi Abubakar, an Orhorpaedic Surgeon at the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital, Abuja, said women should be careful not to choose tight body shapers.

Abubakar said that most women wear tight body shapers as substitute for losing weight.

“Tight body shapers are not good substitute for losing weight which is the major reason most women wears them.

“You are just squeezing the body too much and you are placing either direct pressure on to a nerve or squeezing internal organs,’’ he said.

Abubakar advised women to eat right and engage in regular physical exercise for weight loss rather than resort to body shapers.

“If you must wear body shapers, ensure you are very comfortable in it. If you notice that your curves are not smoothed out, this means that you need a larger size, not a smaller one.

“The fact is you have to listen to your body.

“If you are uncomfortable, it suggests that you are not wearing the right type or size of body shapers and this could lead to health risks,’’ said the expert.
