Yes, there is an overdose for every medication. The daily prescribed dosage for an average adult ranges from 65-90mg, depending on the patient. Meanwhile different fresh fruits and vegetables we eat already contains vitamin c.


The maximum limit is about 2000mg, after which there might be symptoms like nausea, diarrhea, heartburn, headache, aggravation of gastritis, etc.
