Breastmilk not flowing well can be as aresult of stress, baby not latching properly or not feeding often.
To boost your supply you need lots of rest (avoid stress and anxiety), take lots of fluid (water), eating adequately and putting baby to breast often with proper latching.

Ilupeju you mean? A colleague had her antenatal there but birth at a general hospital. They are quite good. They have a gynea that comes at specified days. My colleague recommended the hospital.

There's no harm in having sex during pregnancy, teamie. If you're not comfortable with one position, you can try another. You can surf the internet for best sex positions for pregnant women. For lubricant, try KY jelly.

2. Try and locate any Top Immigration Officers (some) for your questions ( them don see money tire, so they are not interested in your change)
