it's now obvious that Niger Delta Avengers are not really avengers as they claim to be but bunch of scavengers. this is exactly the time they are needed, to fight and protect their people but i guess you won't hear from them because they prefer to bomb oil installations in order to inflect more hardship on their people. Niger Delta Avengers are nothing but group of political thugs |

DIVFAVOR: Teknokleen is a good place to work, currently the biggest janitorial company in Nigeria.
The owner is the chairman with bigger connections, the wife is the MD a nice woman to work with only if you will persevere and show her you knw wat you are doing.
For the pay is on Average depends on ur position..... no manager earns less than 150k.
For the work, you must prove u knw wat u are doing.... going extra mile to wrk, any compromise, the MD will hate u and u need God's grace to overturn it. Get her heart and u ll excel.
Key controllers of the company; Head of Internal control, the police of the company... he can pick u out anytime u engage in dubious act. Head of Finance... a very harding working guy that turned around the finance of the company. The almighty Head of Technical, He is d back bone of the company, the chairman righthand man, the MD's baby. He is so much believed in eventhough he has his own flaws. Hahh, the head of contract/operations... the driving force of the company, he is always at the receiving ends, because he is the middle man btw the company and clients. MD can call him even at 12midnight to attend to clients.
In all, Teknokllen is a good place.
There is staff bus, HMO, but no pension. Based on ur position u are entitle to weekly transport allowance and data allowance monthly.
Give it a trial is better than staying at home. If u are made a business manager prepare to walk around ur region all the time attending to ur clients mainly banks. You might get lots of insult from bank secretaries all the time.
Thank you. thanks for your insightful response, i really appreciate it |
