Just had an idea that I think will end election rigging in Nigeria. Once the vote count is done at Polling Unit level (i.e. each ballot is sighted & signed by party agents as witnessed by remaining voters), the election official should be required to upload that photo to INEC website & each major party's agent should confirm the image (similar to MMM). Any not fully confirmed is set aside as under dispute & subject to further investigation.
For all confirmed PU results, electronic collation (basically data entry) can now take place. Results will then be announced in less than 24hrs after final collation is done.
