Nigerians don't give a damn about your country but you guys are obsessed with Nigeria. You know everything going on in our dear nation.
There are many foreigners, especially your citizen all over Nigeria but you know what, Nigerians have high self-esteem we see foreigners as visitors meant to be cared for, unlike other Africans.
The more reason most are now speaking, dressing and behaving like us.
In Ghana, we have banks, churches, and industries. Your upcoming musician can't blow up unless they sing or speak like us. Our music and movies are topping charts in your country and there's of Africa.
Without our gas which your government is taking on credit (Too poor to pay for it), you won't even have that electricity in your country that can't even power all the companies at Agbara, Ogun State.
Still, most of your cities don't have adequate electricity (dumsor) and water.
Is that not a shame for a country with a population of Lagos?

What can be associated with a Ghanaian if not inferiority complex and loudmouth?
Your cedis is 8400 to a dollar. Are you not ashamed of your country and yourself?

Yes, Nigeria is not where it suppose to be but don't ever compare us to your shithole country.
The number of people working in Nigeria civil service alone is twice your total population.

You don't even have one standard stadium, you are here shitting on our page.

Almost all the good things in your country are owned by Nigerians and you are here ranting.
The energy you are using to hate on people who don't give a f.. about you, use it to save your country's falling economy.
We are using ours to save our own, we won't help you as we did 40 years ago and still doing!

PetroDolla2020:
Ghana must go happened 40 years ago? grin Ghanaians left. Today, Nigerians are running from their country as if a masquerade is chasing them grin grin grin Today, Nigerians are running to Ghana grin

in 2022, when countries are plotting how to go to the sun and moon, nigerians are still struggling to get regular electricity grin and you are here talking about ghana must go? grin tell me, how many hours of electricity do you get in that country? grin a whole oil and gas producing country grin
what is life expectancy in nigeria? grin

when was the last time Nigeria beat Ghana? 2006? how many times have Ghana beaten Nigeria after that? grin grin grin

All we have been clamoring for including the coach is for the creative players to put the ball in the 18 for him instead of holding on to it for too long.
Put the ball through to the monster and he will deliver.
Put that cross into the 18 high or low my boy will deliver.
Oshimen manaic!!! Pele of Seria A.

His finishing is sublime. Missing a few chances here and there is normal for a CF. The 2nd goal against Fener and the first against Lanx doesn't portray someone with a poor finish!
drDoom3:
He has good shooting but his finishing from a CF perspective is poor though. Also needs to bulk up a bit the way Olayinka did too.

All these do not apply when you take offense when none is given. If you choose to interpret a statement in your own way and then take offense in your interpretation that is your business. What if France and England were mentioned specifically because they are both European nations and the player is based in Europe? African conversations will put Africans first, same with Europe.

Aptly said! At the under 17, Nacho's first touch was superb. I don't understand how he regressed in that aspect.
semid4lyfe:
Most times, he fails to control the ball with that one touch and is quickly crowded out or dispossessed.

Also his pressing, closing space, work rate, ball playing ability, link/hold-up play, speed, physicality & strength etc leaves much to be desired.

His strengths - shooting & clinical finishing.

He's presents a conundrum of sort as he's not the best for the role of an attacking midfielder, support striker or a 9.

Good enough to be a squad player and making substitute appearances but shouldn't be starting games for the Super Eagles as his minuses outweighs what he brings to the team.

Why do we keep demanding apology for being offended? No one owes you anything. If you feel offended, deal with it yourself. You don't change inferiority by demanding apologies, you do it by showing why you are not inferior by competing on the world stage. I apologized doesn't mean I have changed my mindset, you proving me wrong does.
Don't be too quick to speak. Read to comprehend. Civilzation evolves. From Egypt to Mali to the Arabs to Greece to Rome... Everything takes time.
When you are offended it's within your right to demand an apology. It's a complex and cowardice to keep mute when offended. Your own reaction is what matters.

This list shows that the coaching crew monitors our players and listens to conversations among football fans.

Impressive list. Those not included can't do better than those on that list.

My only problem is Onazi being on the standby list.
It doesn't portray the coaching crew in good light.
It shows they might be easily influenced.

Firmino isn't a striker! He is a false 9.. He is classed as a forward.. Jota isn't a striker either. He is primarily a winger that can play anywhere across the front 3.
Lukaku that's a striker has been struggling badly in this Chelsea team..

Why are you repeating the fallacious statement of no goal scored? You clearly didn't watch the match...

All those players you mentioned proved my point, innit?
We are doing past the era of 18 yard box tap in strikers..
Firmino is a striker who doesn’t score regularly. False 9 is playing a midfielder or winger in attack.
Why did Tuchel bring on Lukaku then?
Tuchel had no other striker that was the reason he played Havertz as a 9 and he even said Havertz moves like a 9. We know him and Lukaku are not on good terms.
Jota and Firmino play as a 9 for Liverpool.
If a 9 is not needed why not play Salah or Mane in attack.
You are the one inventing your own formation

Do you know the amount Mancity tabled to buy Kane?
United is after Oshimen and Chelsea after Haaland.
No top team is playing without a striker.
As long as there is a need to put the ball in the net, strikers will never be out of job whether they are tapped in merchant or not.
Name one striker that is not hotly demanded.
Barcelona buying Auba should tell you that no quality striker will ever be out of job!

Firmino, Jota and Lukaku are not striker? 10 shots on target and dozens of chances created yet no goal, you are simply supporting my claim. Name one 18 yard tap in strikers. Firmino, Osi, Tammy, Auba, Lukaku, Kane, Firmino, Daka, Ihenacho, King, Dennis, Morata, Vlahovic, Benzema, Laca, Dzeko, Martinez?
Danielnino00:
4 goals were ruled offside by VAR, two of which were very questionable.. Both teams had 10 shots on target and created dozens of chances!

Liverpool and city hardly play with a recognized number 9 this season and yet, they have scored more goals than many teams in Europe this season. Liverpool in particular have scored 100 with Salah, Mane, Jota and Firmino, none of which are strikers...

Believe it or not, a time will come when 18 yard box tap in strikers will be completely irrelevant to the modern game...

Yesterday, Liverpool and Chelsea played one of the best final in recent years, with both teams starting with no real number 9....
Indeed, the future of the game is switching away gradually from the traditional 18 yard box strikers...
No wonder none of them got a goal.

There is no fear of Osimhen. He was locked and out of the equation. The person that gets into the equation is the person that attacks space.
Pictorial analysis is not real life football. Strikers are meant to attack the far post while goalkeepers are to cover their near post. It's a simple coaching terminology.
SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by fabyom: 7:13pm On Feb 28, 2022
TheGoodJoe:

Serie A has posted the highlight. Let me show you from the view I saw. Look at the picture below. It is almost humanly impossible to get that ball to Osimhen. So he should think of exploiting that wide gap. Which makes him visible and part of the play. It was what Fabian Ruiz saw that made him attack the gap.

All I am saying is that Osimhen should stop thinking of his teammates getting the ball to him but make it easier for them to make easy/simple passes to him.

FINITO.
This clearly shows Oshimen did the right thing by attacking the far post and Ruiz did the right thing by attacking the 18 as the attacking midfielder. Simple. The fear of Insigne locating Oshimen at the far post opened up that space for Ruiz. All of them did their job there's nothing here to critique Oshimen for.

Morata movement and goal.

True description of what Osimhen should learn and master.
It's laughable you using this to judge Oshimen's movement. Google all Oshimen goals this season and stop this ridiculous analysis to prove a point that does not exist. It's easy to critique him when all the forward players hung on to the ball. Even the coach and some players complained about it.

TheGoodJoe:
The image is too clear as daylight. All you are talking about was before the position. Now in this position, Osimhen is calling for the ball. Instead of calling for the ball, he should know he is in a tight area and Insigne will not pass to a tight area. Instead of calling for the ball, attack the space.
You could see that all the players were facing the goal including Oshimen and the player the player that passed the ball. If it's that easy to turn around at that pace the player who passed the ball should have been the one attacking that space. What I am saying is: There is no way it is humanly possible for Oshimen at that pace to turn around and attack that space in a moment. Picture is different from real life event.
SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by fabyom: 8:04am On Feb 28, 2022
TheGoodJoe:

Ruiz came in from midfield, so that was not freeing space. Osimhen was to attack that space, after it is free. Not stay in a marked zone. At the time of that frame, the next move is to attack the space.

By the way, Ruiz attacked the space created in midfield but in the box, there was an offensive space that Osimhen was to attack but he did not.

He can not be spot on when there is a clear space in the box to attack.
It was a counter the guy carrying the ball was moving through the middle Oshimen moved to the right and Insigne to the left. The defenders were on Oshimen leaving Insigne and the 18 yard open for a Lampardsque shot. I don't know where else you want him to run to. Ruiz should definitely be the one to attack that space. Oshimen did his job Ruiz also did. Perfect!

TheGoodJoe:

Better to go into space with your weaker foot than no space at all. However, if he gets the ball, he can always switch to his right to shoot.
It was a counter attack and Oshimen got his movement spot on. His presence drew the defender to himself and out of position freeing up that space for Ruiz!

Osimhen 7 seria A goals has been assisted by Mario rui ,politano ,zielenski ,insigne X 2 ,Lozano ,Elmas

He has given them some pk also ,Napoli where poor against Barca home and away and there was nothing any of the teammates could do
Oshimen passes the ball to them first before the assists. How many tap in goals has Oshimen scored? All his goals has been exceptional, he fought hard for each of those goals. Has any of those guys pass to Oshimen when they are through on goal or have a chance to shoot? Do you even watch Napoli games? The coach that was complaining is a kid too.
