Where did you see Nwakali on my post? Nwakali took your woman? He is minding his biz, you are insignificant to him! komekn: Another member of the Nwakali praise singers Group
Sorry I don't like your music and I can't dance to it.
Ejuke is ABSOLUTELY not the worst player in any way or shape. He has actually been quite good not great but good. |
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by fabyom: 5:57pm On Jan 20, 2022 |
Ejuke has been our worst player in this tournament. Sadiq should be on three goals now if Ejuke had passed to him against Egypt after Sadiq did all the hard work to control, turn and pass to him. Bringing club football here again. Why is England not playing Grealish or Sancho as 9? Personally, I would have dropped either Onyekuru/Olayinka for Desser. So many wingers yet play Iwobi on the wings. Play Iwobi in Iheanacho's role or sit him on the bench. komekn: You don't use the Super Eagles to learn work or complete your apprenticeship.
You come to the SE as a complete player not to come and learn work.
Umar Sadiq is the worst player in the current squad without question followed by Nwakali.
I would rather have short man Moses Simon playing as a center forward than Sadiq 100%. Just as Raheem Sterling does for England.
The modern game with modern proficient players, particularly forward players many can play center forward as well as wing. Rashford, Mane, Salah, Antonio, Benzema, Mbappe, etc
Hence I would rather have Olayinka and Onyekuru up from than Sadiq.
Cote d'Ivoire have scored Kessie neat goal from a Pepe pass. |

TheGoodJoe: Sadiq vs Olayinka is a dilemma.
For the running Olayinka does, he lacks opening, which can be sorted out in training.
Sadiq has a huge presence but his ball-playing decisions can get you worried.
However, he is also a hard worker, has a huge presence. You can not miss him on the field. But, boy does he have a poor left foot.
Olayinka did not have the room to really show what he offers offensively. Olayinka is not a striker he is a winger! I don't know why peeps are clamoring for him to lead the line. Sadiq has great positioning and good ball control. He will get better with time. |

safarigirl: On what grounds did you call Iheanacho a bad footballer?
You no even get small shame, you go quote yourself dey yarn beans, come wan add dodo on top am to beautify the beans.
A bad footballer that has stayed in top flight football for almost 7 years now, with decent stats every season, despite limited playing time.
You clearly do not know how to judge the quality of footballers I should have said Iheanacho plays badly sometimes! He missed the last AFCON and almost missed the world cup! This is a fact! I know you lack mannerism. I won't engage you further but you need to work on yourself. Social media should not be an avenue to be rude! |

fabyom: The only good team Algeria played is Burkina Faso and they struggled badly! Algeria's team lacks depth. This is a fact! The SE has the ammunition but a very stupid coach. What is the purpose of playing Iheanacho when we need someone that can put pressure on the defense through dribbling? Iheanacho is a bad footballer and Rodgers knows! Iheanacho is improving but still needs to do more! Many people didn't even watch the qualifiers but will be arguing with you based on past reputation. You don see Algeria now! |

Ighalo, Collins should go and rest. Bring in Dennis, Awo, Okereke, Bassey and Desser to bring life to the team Aribo our Louza!! Fireboy! |

fabyom: I know! But there is no way we will lose to Egypt! Egypt needs the point more than we do. Algeria and Tunisia are within our reach too! The AFCON will separate the boys from the men. There will be time for full in-house training! The Super Eagles is more than capable with or without Osi. Desser, Awo, Okereke, Moffi, Dennis, and Paul are capable! I said it! |

forgiveness: One step at a time. Let us win Sudan and qualify for the next round. It is the disrespect for the Super Eagles that gets me irritated. 16 tournaments 14 Semi finals. How the hell? Imagine we attended during our peak 96 and 98 edition. Imagine there was VAR in 88, 2000, and 2004 editions. Nigerians thrive in chaos! Underestimate us at your perile. |

I think Moses should be praised cos crossing the ball with your weaker foot is not an easy task.
The Egyptian were not giving him the chance to cut to his right foot. Same with Chukweze.
Therefore, they had to run to the line to cross. Chukweze can't even use his right foot at all, the reason he was found wanting in the game!
I think going forward Moses and Chukweze should change wing!
Ejuke is a very very stupid boy.
When I called him a carpenter some peeps came for me! Can you see now! How can you be a winger and not look up when running with the ball?
All he does is running and over running the ball like an amateur? No wonder Ajax didn't sign him despite his exploits in the Dutch league. |

Omeruo is the captain at his club. He has been exceptional for his team. Iheanacho needs to bring is A game else Egypt will dominate the midfield. I would have preferred Onyeka, Ndidi and Aribo's midfield with Iheanacho up top instead of Awoniyi. That midfield is too weak! Imo! |
