omenka: Sowore, but you were out to destroy and remove a democratically and constitutionally established government.
Much as i admire your deggedness and courage, you must be held accountable for your actions as well.
When asked if you were calling for protests, you reiterated you were calling for a REMOVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT AND NOT JUST ANY PROTEST. How could you call for the removal of a government duly elected in a process in which you ALSO participated, and even endorsed?
Come on, even the US government wont tolerate that. It is called treason. As we speak, the US president is calling a legitimate WHistle Blower legally protected by their constitution, an enemy of state guilty of treason! What the guy reported has been corroborated even by employees of the president himself.
So, forget all that. You surely will be out of there. But I simply cant tell when. You make sense small |

Below are the major towns/cities in Oyo state 1) Ibadan 2) Oyo 3) Ogbomosho 4) Iseyin 5) Saki 6) Okeho 7) Igbo-ora Ibadan - Oyo road Still manageableIbadan - Iseyin road. Too badOyo - Iseyin road. Poor is an understatement Oyo - Ogbomosho. BadIseyin - Saki. BadIseyin - Igbo-ora. BadIseyin - Okeho GoodSo what's the usefulness of a government that has a beautiful capital when the people living in the Suburbs finds it hard to get the state capital or finds it hard to move from one town to the other. So are the intra city roads Ajimobi did in ibadan commendable? when probably not upto one third of the total population of the state resides in ibadan. We deserve better. laurel03: I am not pro Ajimobi but I saw road project at owode Oyo town, Inside Iseyin town but uncountable roads in ibadan which I can mention if u stay in Ibadan and know those Axis *Challenge to new garage to lagos bye pass *Eleyele to dugbe to Agbariko and Aleshiloye *Apata sharp corner to oluyole *Eleyele to ologuneru *Ijokodo to Apete *Ajibode to Apete * LGA road is throughout the state * gate to new ife road to Akobo and iworoad its massive projects which they are still doing. *mokola fly over.... etc Is wahala if he collect 50% return from contractor because I can't justify that and nobody is saint. Seyi Makinde proposed 8billion too for Iwo interchange GSM is almost half a year in office now up till now we don't know is direction or make single policy in the state aside salary he is paying for now which Ajimobi did initially for years too.. #GSM should wake up |

PoliticalWitch: And you missed the point.
You people think I am defending the government, eh?
OK....Qatar is able to afford all those nice stuff because it produces 2//3RD of the oil that Nigeria has, and has less than one-tenth of our populaiton.
Which means, Nigeria has to change its economic strategy...by becoming an industrial nation, which means that we have to change our leaders.
And by the way, if oil becomes useless....Qatar would be broke.
Sorry, you missed my point. Judging with the intelligence of these people, I don't see any factor that can make them come half as low as Nigeria. Not the fall in the price of fuel, not recession of any kind. Even if they stop putting infrastructures in place, maintaining the ones they presently have will still make them better than naija for at least the next 20years. I'm sure if they are the ones in Nigeria's shoe, they would have found a way to maximize the revenues gotten from God given resources enough to cater for our over population. |

PoliticalWitch: Qatar population : 2.4million people. Qatar oil production: 1.6million barrels of crude oil per day
Nigeria population: 200million. people. Nigeria oil production: 2.2million barrels of crude oil per day.
If you want Nigeria to look like Qatar, that means that you would have to deprive 195million Nigerians of their citizenship., and share the oil money among the 5million remaining. I don't have strength to fight this afternoon but are you trying to justice the present state of this nation. So if there is no crude oil at all, naija should fold up? |

chrisxxx: I can tell you why. For your information I am an engineer. A doctor is readily relevant in the Nigerian society once he is qualified. He gets into the field with less supervision even when we know sometimes he learns from his mistake. An average Nigerian engineer has no ready contribution. You are only being employed to assist you. You cant design anything. You cant troubleshoot. You cant contribute to anything meaningful. They dont see you as a professional. A Nigerian engineer is almost useless. If you think you can solve maths, who maths elp? Others read Maths/Computer they may even solve it better. Go back to ur university to collect ur tuition fee. |
