We can't have such thing as a "man's responsibility" when women are competing with men to gain income from employment. Why should women displace men and fetch money and it still remains a man's "responsibility"??

I understand from your initial post, let me tell you a fact, empowering the female gender is not to take a man's responsibility but to Take care of their need and support men.

Nonetheless there are some work that best suit the Female like marketing, customer service , sales of food stuffs and the likes. I believe those areas are where you will find the females mostly.

Other areas are completely dominated by men E.G construction industry, aviation you know them, if you find a female it must be by chance and it rare.

They are not competing with us and they have not taken over our workforce.

Modified remarkable write up @ op but it will make SOME of the men lazy and look inferior knowing most of their ideal responsibility is being taken care of, there are cases like that as we post.
