Had similar issue last year withdrawing with my Fidelity Visa card here in Nairobi, lt never dispensed from the Barclay's bank ATM l used. lt took several threatening emails and 68 days before Fidelity bank reversed it!

That is such a long wait. I think Fidelity Bank is very poor with internet services. The last time I went into the bank I saw customers waiting for over an hour for network to come up I do hope my issue will be resolved I am really tied of the mess.

I am really getting mad with our banking system and their incompetence which I have been experiencing this year. First was with receiving western union to my GTB account using quickteller of which about N14,000 was missing from the total money I was supposed to receive and till date GTB and Quickteller claimed not to know what happened after several complains.

Secondly on the 5th of this month I used Fidelity Bank ATM in Asaba to make withdrawal of N20,000 but I got a response that my institution was incorporative after I got a debit alert since I was in a hurry I went straight to Sterling bank ATM which is just opposite Fidelity Bank and I tried making withdrawal but I got the same response and another debit as well I was so mad that I headed to GTB ATM hoping reversal will come in as usual. Later that day I got reversal alert of N20,000 from Sterling bank then I decided to wait for 24hrs for that of Fidelity bank which never did.

The next day I headed to my branch GTB to complain and I was told to fill a form afterwards the lady who attended to me told me I have to wait for 8 working days since it was a problem from another Bank's ATM. 8 days gone and I went back to my bank yesterday 19th of FEB only to be shocked the lady didn't post my complain she apologized and made the post right away. I waited till this morning hoping to get this transaction reversed but nothing till this point. I decided to call GTconnect and the lady I spoke with told me Fidelity Bank has responded to my complain as False which means I got paid.

I really want to take up a case with this bank this time. I never received any money but the bank claim I did I don't even know how to go about this. I need help pls

Nigerians should grow up. It's sad we are putting so much effort on debates concerning this 2 presidential candidates and if truth needs to be told none of them is worth the stress. Election will come and go and no matter who wins be sure looting will continue, the roads will remain a death trap, you won't have constant electricity, economy will keep getting worse and the politicians will keep smiling.

I listened to Fela's songs and there's nothing different from the situation we have at hand today it's just a circle so be sure nothing will CHANGE whether you debate and kill yourselves.

guess they gave you the exchange rate.your best shot is to go to the bank directly, probably their head quater if you are close

GTB confirm there is nothing like exchange rate since I am receiving in Naira which means the conversation has been done at the point of sending they confirm I am supposed to receive N499,148.85 minus the N120 charge by quickteller.

I am surprised this 2 firms involved can't give me account of where my money went besides the GTB guy told me their exchange rate can't go as far as the outrageous amount that was deducted.

Quickteller being d intermediary shuld b able to give u d concise amt that was moved to GTB.

Go down to GTB headquarters if d branch aint giving u any positive reply cous seriously branches send their quickteller issues to head office.

There shouldn't be any exchange rate involve since I was expecting my payment in naira which means the exchange has been done at the sending Wu centre. Both parties confirm there was an outrageous deduction.

I have written the headquarters of gtb as well as their western union department I'm just waiting for a feedback since the customer care reps I talked to on the phone couldn't help.

I received a Westernunion payment to my GTB account using quickteller. Expected amount was N499,148.85 but only 484,359.26 was credited into my account which means N14,789.59 is missing.

I called quickteller and I was told they only charged me N120 I was then told to call GTB to verify their charges. I called GTB and I was told they don't charge for receiving wasternunion.

Quickteller told me it's from GTB and GTB said it's from Quickteller.

I have written the management of GTB for further clarification as to how N14,789.59 got missing.

I wish to open up a case on this firms if I don't get my complete payment can somebody please advise me on how to go about this.
