2013 GRADUATE RECRUITMENT APPLICATION FAQs

Q. I cannot submit my application.

A. You are most likely using a slow internet connection. Kindly use a fast internet connection

Q. I cannot upload my CV.

A. The only accepted format is PDF and Ms Word; ensure that the cv is in any of the two formats.

Q. I applied and submitted but did not get an application ID or a confirmation. I tried to apply again but I got a message that I have applied before.

A. Your details have been captured already. The confirmation page may not have loaded because of the browser used. Check the e-mail address you registered with for your Application ID. Remember to check your junk mail also.

Q. The link is not opening

A. Use a different browser, preferably Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla & Firefox. Also ensure that the internet connection on your system is fast.

Q. I got a confirmation that my application was successful and I got my Application ID, however, a friend that applied told me that he got an e-mail showing the Application ID but I did not get that.

A. Check your junk mail and be sure that the e-mail address provided in the application was right. The e-mail is just to provide additional information on what you have already seen on the portal when you submitted. You are still fine if you don’t have the email.

Q. I am applying on my phone but the website is not loading.

A. Kindly use a proper computer as not all phones have the capacity to view the website and allow you to submit your application. If your phone supports such online application, ensure that you switch to ‘full site’ on your handset.
