Is a shame,a big disgrace ,APC can't put their house to order,It appears to me that Saraki in his statement also called himself a Leader of the party,APC is a party that does not have a particular Leader,some APC members calls Tinubu their leader,while others say PMB is the leader,Lie Mohammed said the APC has so many leaders,APC senators comes on Air to disgrace themselves cos they can't explain who their true leader is, Even the APC National chairman does not have a Voice in their affairs,the Vice President is also not respected and he's regarded as a Commissioner, APC is one car with so many driver at a time,that one na accident go end am na,APC is one House with many Fathers, To my own observation APC is definitely going to crash soon,in less than 2Months,Apc will Fall cos they have too many dictators,Leaders,Controllers, that claims to be a political god.

APC should just thank Saraki,and Blame Buhari for putting a meeting at 9am when the senators were suppose to start electing their leaders,the constitution states that the house can proceed their meeting when they have at-least 38 senators on seat,hard-it been Saraki has obeyed Buhari to attend the meeting,definitely PDP would have voted David Mark as their president and ekweremadu as their vice,and nothing Apc would have done because its constitutional to proceed meeting when at-least 38 senators are on seat,
NOTE:PDP has 49 senators more than 38,So APC should just put their heads to shame and thank Saraki for helping them.

Good decision and a positive one for democracy. The court should decide on the legality or otherwise of what happened yesterday. If not for anything, we can have a legal precedent that we will refer to in future. Impunity must not be allowed to go unchallenged.

do you know what the constitution says, David Mark would have won it ,had-it been Saraki was not there,the constitution says the house can proceed when at least 38 senators are on seat,you know PDP has 49,so pdp would have just nominated David mark as the senate president, and nothing APC would have done because it takes 2/3 to remove them. So APC should just go and thank Saraki.ok
