Your fate could be:

1, Successful and to resume immediately (or when you're available). This is especially for candidates that did extremely well at the SRD.

2, Successful and put on waiting list till they have a space for you. Waiting list can take up to a year. Unfortunately, you can still be rejected after being on waiting list for as long as 1 year. I have a friend that was on a waiting list for 1 year and called to resume after 1 year. I have 2 others that were on waiting list for 1 year and later got regret email.

3, Straight regret email after SRD.


1 and 2 will be invited for medicals.

For medicals, what are they checking for? If somebody has diabetes is that grounds for regret mail? What are they looking for in medicals? What does it take for Shell to turn down someone over medicals please
