The Nigerian government can never win the war against insurgency because of the insincerity of some political actors.

When ISWAP was pressed and fleeing from Chadian forces under Idris Derby , what did the Nigerian government do ? They happily welcomed the fleeing terrorist into Nigeria and halted the onslaught created by the chadians.

But now, see how the insurgents keep multiplying and threatening to expand their hold over northeastern states in Nigeria

God bless you abundantly.... Now this government is so blinded by it's love for the president's "cousins" in the Niger, that they think by having these people drop weapons it kills their idealism!! The so called repentant terrorists are absorbed into the armed forces and are given weapons to fight the same people that share the same belief as they do.... Only difference now is that they can legally carry weapons and wear the army camouflage! The war against terrorism can never be won by a government who supports violence against its own people

It is funny how some folks are blinded by their own bias which favors the tyranny in the present day government of buhari. The police brutality and general collapse of the socio economic infrastructure as a whole....
But because the situations don't affect them or their families directly they run their mouths and say all sorts of things including calling the obvious murders of young individuals last october 2020 a lie or a ruse!! Well, if you have experienced the brutality of thr Nigerian police force, you would take a piss too, if your family members were involved and were in some way maimed or kill last october 2020, you wouldn't be spewing out garbage and disrespecting the memory of those who died calling for better governance.... They weren't doing it for themselves.... They called out for every single Nigerian irrespective of tribe, culture, belief or religion.... They stand tall and people like you can only whisper in the shadows whilst you are one of the many problems we have ..... Until We say it as it is, Nigeria will remain a shithole country with lunatics at the helm of affairs...

Yet some people who were not there, who didn't watch the live broadcast would come here to defend the government either because they are none the wiser or they are bias because they support this government and its wrongdoings or they are just aft! The problem with this country is not just the government... The biggest problem we have in Nigeria are the people who despite knowing the truth would rather believe the lies because it puts money in their pocket... There are some questions that need answers,

if you didn't watch the IG live broadcast that said day, kindly keep quiet. I left that place a few minutes before the drama started .... I watched the live broadcast which had over 200k people viewing live.... Those who were maimed and all.... But everything is political, countries negotiate behind the scenes.... So, believe it or not.... Doesn't change the fact that it happened.... Even the lagos state gov went round hospitals and acknowledged a certain number of casualties... Shell casings and video evidence.
