How can I handle this situation?

Run a DNA test and also tell your woman about it. Be honest let her decide.... Tell her she just reaches out to you, tell her the whole story. Let her make her iwn decision and dont decide for her.... If she truly wants in to be part of your life, she will help you handle the matter..... Be honest, if you hide it now it will blow up and ruin your marriage later ..... Handle it now!!! My advice from experience, my woman understood that after 7 years I found out I have a daughter...
