PropertiesRe: Abuja Landlord Removes Tenants’ Roof; N45,000 Missing by FASTLINK1: 12:30pm On Jul 27, 2016
the landlord did not steal anything, if he wanted to steal, he would have done that without passing through the roof. who goes stealing through the roof? tenant simply did not pay and equally refused to move out, hence the removal of the roof of which did not pan out well.

The landlord would have done it intelligently, or better-still, lock her out of the house.

Greetings. Pls I want to ask u this question. If my B1B2 visa expires on March 30, 2016, when is the maximum time I can travel to the US ? In other words, with my visit visa expiring on the 30th of March, 2016, can I still use the same visa to travel and depart Nigeria on the 25th of March, 2016, ( 5 days before the visa expires ), and if yes, on my arrival at the POE, will I still likely be given 6 months at the POE ?
Secondly, can someone visits the US twice in the space of 3 months apart, and spending like 10 days each on each visit ?
Thanks
You will be given 6months as long as your visa is valid as at the time you arrived in the us but it is also advisable you renew your visa now as rule sometimes changes without prior notice. It always good to be on the safe side.
You can renew your expiring visa in march.

Thanks for your answer!

Yes, they're traveling for tourist.
The Little boy's Parents are USA Citizens and ask that they bring the boy along.
it will not work, let the parent come and pick their child, that way , the complexity won't affect the child. Better-still, you two can attend the interview first for your visa and if successful, could then carry the child with a cover letter from the parent for the child's visa.

Hello Gurus,
Thanks for the wonderful work you re doing here, they have been very helpful!

I need a little help and clarification on these:
My Friend wants to travel with his family to the USA. But the issue is that;
- He is not yet married to his fiance and the baby boy of 5years they want to travel with is not their child but that of a relative so his name is different.
- the wife's name on her passport is not bearing her husbands name.

- Can they still Apply as a family?
- Will it be ok if the fiance changes her name on the passport to that of her Husband's?
- What re their chances of getting the visa?

Please I need your candid advice.

Thanks,
Complicated issue, what are they travelling to the US for? I supposed for visiting or tourism,
what do they do for a living and how old are they?

As for the 5 year old child that is not their child, who are the child's parents and what's the relationship?

The VO may demand alot of explainations and convincing from your friend, meaning; he has a very slim chance.

my friend lives in lagos Nigeria and his visa expires this month. He booked his flight got to the airport and they wouldn't let him abroad cause it would expire at the end of January. He got his visa through a lawyer but the lawyer is asking for $1500 (usd) to renew. How can he renew for cheaper and where?
Is either your friend's passport had expired or the expiring visa is a single entry visa,
Meanwhile, what category of visa is your friend having?
