The last atom of respect I had for Fasola has just been eroded by his latest rants. When he took over the reign of governance in Lagos some 7 and a half years ago, many Nigerians were fascinated by his unassuming disposition and mien having risen to become a governor with little stains associated with career politicians. Many further fell in love with him for bringing professionlism into governance. However, few years down the lane(especially in his second term reign), Fasola has jettisoned his untainted garment of astute administrator for a gab of the day-to-day business-as-usual politician who now speaks from both sides of his mouth. A once respected governor who now talks like a normal Nigerian politician. How can Fasola in his senses compare Charlie Hebdo hostage crisis in France with a hydra-headed Boko haram that has both political and religious undertones? I have listened to his godfather, Tinubu talk like an ordininary "motor park tout" in many of APC campaigns, did Fasola take any offence against him? All in the name of politics our once celebrated governor now throws caution into the wings and abuse his country president at will! How fast can people change! It's not too late. Fasola can still redeem his image.

In the first part, u want us to believe they were just youths (patriotic, according to you). You therefore, by that justify the violence (and by inference, call for more) as a means of curbing the so-called evils caused by pdp.

In the second part, u further justified the unfortunate incidence since it is retaliatory (and by inference, call for more on both sides).

These same Buhari supporters would be up in arms again on February 14 when the results are announced. This time around they wouldn't be burning PDP buses but would be looking out for non muslims they can vent their demonic angst on. Sad thing Mr Fastshipping is that if you are found anywhere around these Buhari supporters on the 15th Feb after the results are announced, you wouldnt be spared as what Buhari represents to most of these violent supporters is not the change you seek but proliferation of their religion.

Uncle, you should know by now that I do not partake in irresponsible name calling and tribal racism.

Throwing Patience under the bus and banning her from campaigning is a very bad decision. She can fireup millions of people at the grassroots level, though some might derive some comic relief from the activities. FFK and IBB have actually injured GEJ, like it or not his wife is an asset to him. Why shut her up now?

How can GEJ ignore the fact that Patience singlehandedly garnered at least 1 million votes for her husband by her great speech seen in the video below?
