Go to their village markets and buy food stuff-onion, dried pepper, melon, beans and others that will not perish fast, in bulk then waybill to major markets in the south-Lagos, Rivers, Ogun, Delta, Edo etc. When that part of the trade has been mastered then Southern foodstuff such as Garri, Palm oil, Spices, periwinkle can be bought from the south and sold in the North.

For everyone - anything more than 1 puff puff is too much no matter how slim you think you are.

Not only the sugar but the carbs content in 1 puff puff will shock you!

Abstaining is not the problem but how much / how many you are eating at a given setting.
It adds up overtime.

I think this is the right place to do that - create awareness about food. Food is good - the nutrients are needed. Food can poison us overtime if one is not careful with portions.

1 small puff puff is enough not two or three
Coke and rice meal combo - very unhealthy.

Yes, you can soak in water( room temperature) before frying. You can also add water to your oil while frying, but not too much.
