But the environmental context in which Emusmith wrote about, is about rape cases in Nigeria(even if he didn't state it explicitly), and we all know that MANY rape cases can be largely attributed to indecent dressing(i'm a lady, i know what i'm talking about) on the part of the ladies.
Also, the issue of a lady found moving about knowingly or even being stranded at night for some reasons can also lead to rape.
We ladies have our own part to play.

Why i will agree with the latter part of your comment, i still maintain my stand that the culprits are to be blamed entirely for rape and not the girls. A man should be wise enough to know when he is being used by a girl. Not to go and forcefully have sex with her because she has been making you spend. They re so many girls out there that can give you all round sexual pleasure for little feel. We should stop condemning the victims of rape, that is my position

Yes. We have also heard and no case of rape is ever taken lightly. It has been elevated to the status of murder. It will become a capital crime like robbery some day but for the reason of wide spread banditry we have gone cashless, employed security guards, gadgets and gone low profile, a whole lot of lifestyle changes. The Bible offers a whole package of counsels to young folks and older ones too.
The complains God gets to receive are so because most of the times, humans either are ignorant, nonchalant or disobedient.

"Keep yourself from the wickedness in the world", don't channel blames, be smart and run for your life. You have just one life to live.

Yea, they'll say, "what concerns anyone with my mode of dressing". I can state with facts that the wife of Potiphar actually lusted after Joseph because he had a "good stature" and was good to look upon. (6 packs plenty).
