for example you gave birth 11pm on a wed night and got discharged 7am on friday - less than 48 hours for oakbend but NICS will count it as three days (wed, thursday and Friday)

For me breastfeeding makes me so hungry and being awake at odd hours (vigilante) does not help at all, cuz it meant I was eating at odd hours

With my first child I did not loose any weight till I weaned

This time I borrowed myself sense and started working out pretty early@5 wks pp. Also made sure I stocked my fridge with healthy stuff so even if I'm munching it's always healthy

@dv4real try and incorporate some work out into your day even if it's just a skipping rope or jumping jacks if you can't make it to the gym. Also go for healthy alternatives. Boiled Sweet potato with steamed ugwu, moinmoin, fish peppersoup Etc

Give them whatever you are eating. If you feel it's too hard for them then mash or purée it but at 11 months they can eat pretty much anything
