The symptoms definitely sounds more like colic than reflux, except it's silent reflux

Spit ups are normal

With reflux my daughter used to PROJECTILE VOMIT after MOST meal and scream when it was time to eat.

So Why not take her to the hospital for proper diagnosis?

Nospermin and gripe water doesn't even work for colic talk less about reflux Stay away from those things

Infant gestacid is usually recommended for reflux sha - dint get it to buy here in Naija

Either ways if its colic (which I suspect strongly) it will be outgrown at roughly 3 months so hang in there. My daughter outgrew her reflux by her first birthday she is now 2 plus.
The ff tips will help either colic or reflux

1. Ensure she burped after every meal and she don't use to burp easy at all - sometimes it took as much as 30 mins to get a burp out of her

2. Hold her upright after every meal for at least 30 mins, don't be in a hurry to put her to lie down

3. Breastfeed and avoid bottles or use any ok colic bottles such as dr miracle

4. You the mum - Avoid dairy products, beans products and similar foods

5. Put her to nap / sleep on her tummy - supervised cuz of SIDS and slightly elevate her head by putting books under the leg of the cot or blanket under her head

All the best, both are extremely hard to deal with but remember it passes. I pray it's colic not reflux - only because colic passes faster. Email me if you need anything

As if Dr F likes inducing Reading mamas post on this is getting me scared. Being a FTM and reading d adverse effect of induced labour from d last mama that finally had CS, i dont think it a good idea.

Pls mamas who have gone through this could you share your experience? He's my doctor and i wanna be sure of anything he might be bringing to the table.

My second baby I begged for induction when 41 wks was staring at me in the face and my flight back was in 2 wks

I think it's normal cos I had similar experience, infact the nurse that was giving the injections told us that if the spot starts bringing out pores, we should use cotton wool and clean the pores and discard properly and wash hand afterwards. she also said we shouldn't allow the pores to touch someone else. on 2 occasions, my daughter's injection spots had pores too even dou I didn't have such experience with other kids. I just cleaned and pressed out the pores and it healed on its own.

I didn't get PTA, and my Form A payment didn't go through- thanks to GTBank and their blaaddy requirements. They requested for a letter of 'referral' from my hospital stating they cannot handle my case and have to 'refer' me to the Yankee hospital, but my hospital sent a letter of introduction so the Form A wasn't approved.

Me and black market are staring each other in the face now. God dey.

For form A; access bank and ecobank has been solid in my experience

Nursing is a demand and supply thing
The more you put the baby to the boobs the more your brain triggers your supply maker.

All these cleaning, drawing out, etc except you have inverted nips are unnecessary

If you'v not put to bed; don't even worry or stress in advance

If you've put to bed and the milk has not come out. You can also add your pump to assert twice the demand and trick your body

Drinking liquids - water, tea, pap- liquid sha helps

Relaxing and not stressing about it is also very very key
