u need to include natural fats and oil in your diets.its very essential,if not so you will end up developing wrinkle at an early age because of the dry skin.as we grow older,our body supply of moisture and oil to the skin lessens.its now your duty to help your skin by moisturising internally and externally.you could eat walnut,almond nuts,coconuts and make sure you add palm oil to your cooking.once in a while eat natural butter or fat.as for me,i eat the natural fat daily,and its not made me fat. as for the external moisturiser,there are good moisturisers you could buy.but the real moisturisers are hard to come by in Nigeria,except you know the "formula of moisturising".you need help in this "halla" me.
