Akolawole:Avram Grant I believe took Chelsea to the final but DD was very much instrumental to it. He banged in 2 against Liverpool (Ibime says DD never shows up in big games huh? ) and that was the first time we defeated them in the semis. Damn it. . .Ibime, who is Chelsea's ALL time goal scorer in "Europe"? But again, that is not the issue - nateevs was here defending/championing LFS (i mean this was the same man that said, DD and Nic cannot play together, no? ) saying we play better without DD, but like Akolawole said, we all know what happened. I do not understand why Ibime/nateevs hates on DD? Abi something else dey dia ni? Why blame a single player? ![]() Damn it, this was the same Ibime that recommended Stephen Ireland for Chelsea. hehe! Ok Lamps scores 20 per season. Who else? |
Reducing net migration from 215000 to 100000 by 2015 Cutting students visa to what? zero? What can I say? They are just not serious. People will look for alternatives wella. |
^^^ You right no be small. The league is very shitty. Was planning to watch a league match over the weekend but slept off before it even started. ![]() |
khanye:ok. |
I see a lot of up and coming twats on this thread. damn! |
khanye:Chelsea lost and RM won. Abeg your calculation no correct. ![]() |
AjanleKoko:Finding a cheap way out abi beko? Either way, we know who be the oga. |
Ibime and his usual quack stats. How many players in the EPL or in the world bag more than 20 goals each season? I've asked you but you refused to answer - na who be our top player this season aside Cech? Why don't you analysis the team as a whole instead of focusing on a single player. The team is simply not playing like they are supposed to. The engine room ain't functioning. . . simple as that. The moment that area is fixed, you will see a better Chelsea. |
^^^ You are spot on. He tells it like it is. JM is JM and will not change and shouldn't change. Talk of strong personalities - think JM! Meanwhile, I'm happy for Ade. |
I heard/read that 3 home based players made the squad including the hat-trick hero Ehiosun Ekigho from Warri Wolves. Will he get to start? |
Ibime:Just what I expected. You said same 3 seasons ago only for him to blaze everyone away season and season after. But that's not even the issue. . .tell me who has been outstanding this season bar Cech? |
B'eru ba j'oba. |
When DD plays well, scoring and bullying opponents no one is here to praise him and like I have always said, we play a LOT better when he is in form. I cannot over emphasise that he was the MAIN reason we won a double last season. But yeah, some bad games and it's ALL DD's fault. The same way Ibime attacks Mikel. Granted these two are not playing to their very best but mind you, Chelsea still played badly and lost when they were NOT on the pitch. Agreed he (DD) is getting older but the same age issue most of you talked about the season before last and last season yet he managed to clinch the "Pichichi" of EPL? How many players of his age can play 90 mins of football? Yeah right bench him. Lotti already did that this season and we all know the outcome. And what about the chance he created for Torres yesterday? Torres should have scored that, no? What have you to say about your manager? What was the need to purchase Torres? (I've asked you nateevs, who recommended this purchase since you claim to have some "inside" info. Lotti or who? ) Does he expect DD and Nando to click immediately? I mentioned earlier that the midfield takes longer to work the ball forward and when they don't you've got some serious problem. We all expect DD to track back (he does this quite often) helping out with defensive work (we would probably have conceded more from set-pieces if not for his defensive abilities) but well, Torres WILL NEVER do that. Why cant we all accept that something is definitely wrong with the whole team? Needless to say and I think at this point, Chelsea can kiss the league title bye-bye. PS; If Chelsea gets to the final of UCL and Torres scores the winning goal all well and good. I will join in clapping for him but until then nawthing for him. |
see them wishing. . . ![]() |

WHAT.A.DAY! Never seen anything like this. The best EPL weekend EVER! ![]() GOALS GALORE!!! |
WOW! EPIC!. . .what more can we say? L'arse will ALWAYS be L'arse. ![]() But generally speaking, WHAT.A.DAY! Never seen anything like this. The best EPL weekend EVER! ![]() |
khanye:You can as well tell Jose Luiz to hand it (the trophy) over to you now. Confirmed. olodo ni e. nothing more to add. |
You gotta to love those 2 mehnnnnnnnnnn! JM and IH! ![]() |
khanye:olodo ni e. Ask your fellow Barca fans or any sane person if they think trophies are won in Feb. Yes, you may likely retain it. You are in form, you top the league and the team behind you dey stutter but whoever said it's a done deal? only an olodo like you would think it is impossible for you to stutter. Crazier things have happened. |
^^^ Folks relax. He was "misquoted". ![]() |
I really don't know why it is a MUST for Ballo to know wil-who? |
khanye:see this mumu. Anyways sha, most Barca fans. Ever arrogant. Haven't you seen my previous posts where I basically said Barca will eventually retain their title? But then it is a league and you just never know. Crazy things don happen before. |
khanye:Certainly not. It was not a knockout match. It's the league hombre. Closer will be when he dumped you out of the UCL. so bad you folks had to open tap water. ![]() So bad your best player had no shots on goal. So bad your keeper became a wrestler. ![]() |
Luca Toni: Van Gaal showed us his balls http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story/_/id/875555/luca-toni:-bayern-boss-louis-van-gaal-showed-us-his-balls?cc=5739 "Luckily I didn't see a lot, because I wasn't in the front row." - Luca Toni. Who was in the front row seeing all these? |
eyoniggar:erm, keep my "nic" outta ya mouth. |
dayokanu:Spare me story. Where is RS and where is Citeh today in the league standings? Are they on the same level? It's not entirely about won eventually won the league but the "realistic" chances of other teams winning it. It has always been closely fought by any of the TOP FOUR! - at least to some extent. RM had 96 points last season and still did not win the league but that's not the funny part, 3rd place Valencia had 71!!! 4th placed had what? 63!! There you have a difference of 36 POINTS!!! between the 1st and 4th placed. In the EPL (since 07/08) the difference in points between the 1st and 4th placed teams NEVER went past 18 points. What does that tell you? And even in past seasons (e.g 04/05) when the difference was above 30 points, Chelsea won the league with 95 points. A point less than RM last season. Go figure. |
usbcable:Certainly they have improved. . .it is clear to see. IMO winning ANY of the available titles will galvanise them into a better team next season. No doubt about that. A double will be an OVER-DRIVE! ![]() |
khanye:You know what he can do when the stakes are HIGH! Inter comes to me mind. ![]() |
Amazing! There is hope that we can indeed live together. |
54th African State and the NEWEST COUNTRY in the World. WOW! Its been a VERY LONG time coming. . . |
03/04? so that's like how many years ago? Them boys have tried. It will be nice if they can win the league though but damn that will be kinda hard. I do not honestly see Barca dropping points but well, who knows. . . |

I just found it interesting that the man is signposting the world jare . . . anyway Pep isn't buying any of it
and Torres scores the winning goal all well and good. I will join in clapping for him but until then nawthing for him.
