What a load of nonsense. What has race/skin-color/nationality got to do with this? Shameful post to say the least.

BlueDiva:
Pizzaro to return to Bremen
Werder Bremen sporting director Klaus Allofs claims he is closing in on the verge of signing of Claudio Pizarro from Chelsea.

Pizarro, 30, spent last season on loan at the Bundesliga club and scored 28 goals in all competitions.

He has since returned to the Blues, where he has vowed to take his chance to break into Carlo Ancelotti's team, but Bremen remain confident they can lure him back to the Bundesliga - this time on a permanent deal

'We are deep in talks with them (Chelsea) and we hope to be successful before August 13,' said Allofs. 'And just to bring an end to all the rumours, if we do sign him then we would be buying him and I think that is also what Chelsea want.'

Seems nobody wants Sheva?
Today is 18th. cheesy

As for Sheva, who knows. He might find his way back to Dinamo Kiev or try to get into the first team. His CL experience will also count you know.

dayokanu:
You should direct this question to the Chelsea and Assanal fans on this forum.

Most of them are glory hunters The number of Chelsea fans in Nigeria as at 2002 is less than 5% of what we have today and the number of Arsenal fans in 1997 was very few.

Ask me where are the Ajax fans of old, The numerous Madrid fans, Juventus fans. Imagine Juve doesnt even have a thread on NL. Where are the Milan fans.
Glory hunters would always be part of football so live with it.

Bayern Munchen 1991 cool cool cool cool
Rubbish!
Before 1991 nko? abi na 1991 you start to dey watch ball?

Folks have their fav teams in different countries and for different reasons and what is glory hunting? Switching club every season or what  undecided ?

Italians teams ain't my favs but because JM is there- He did a lot for my club (Chelsea) so nothing wrong in showing him & Inter some love.  tongue grin
In Spain- It's RM anyday anytime. Fernando Ruiz Hierro was a beast of a defender and Steve McManaman- A fantastic winger.
The Netherlands- Ajax & sometimes PSV.
Germany- None.  tongue grin but I enjoy it when smaller teams make a mess of the bigger ones.  cheesy

If someone decides to  support MC because they are the richest club, ehen, na their wahala be that nah or must everybody support Bayern M?
U need to go to Specsavers. . . . .Did Rooney see this incident?
FBS and Nateevs need urgent laser eye-surgery to watch football games.
That was a foul(RED CARD quality in the Premiership) cos Ballack's hand touched Evra's chest/face.
Chest and face na same thing? Damn, you need urgent Optimax eye-surgery. Agreed, it was a BLOCK (a body check to be precise) and maybe the ref should have stopped the game but he didn't and there is no guessing why he DID NOT. It was because your player had the ball. How is this Chelsea's fault?

If that block was to the face then I'm Usain Bolt.

nateevs:
OK . . These will be the final conclusions of the argument . .

ManU had the ball . .
Ballack blocked Evra . .
It was a foul . .
It wasn't an injury to the head . .
Roy had a good view at 2.29 . .
He was wrong to say it wasn't a foul . .
He let play continue . .
Play cotinued with Rooney and Carrick . .
Chelsea went on to score . . .
It's not Chelsea's fault . .
Therefore are absolved of all blames of unfairness . . .
The goal stands . .
ManU equalized. . .
Had no reason to complain as score was even at FT. . .
Cech bribed Evra grin
Chelsea are the community shield holders . . .

Lastly . . . . The last time Chelsea won the community shield, Chelsea won the league.
. . . . The last time ManU lost the community shield, Chelsea won the league. . .
I concur minus the highlighted. grin
This is bullshit. . . . .

When Ballack elbowed Evra, Rooney didn't even see the action as he was turning away fro Evra so he couldn't have kicked the ball out.
Besides, the referee was a blind bat. . . . .He saw the action and didn't blow his whistle.
The rule allows advantage but it stopped being an advantage to Man Utd as soon as Chelsea were in possession and Evra was still down holding his head. The referee shoulda simply called back the ball OR blow his whistle to attend to Evra who seemed to have copped head injury.

When a player is injured in the head. . . . .The referee must STOP play and attend to the injured player.
That is what the rules say. . . .
The referee messed up. . . .and Chelsea players don't respect FAIR PLAY.
Similar incident happened in Moscow which led to the sending off of Drogba. . . .
Remember that?
That's a bloody and grossly false statement . Rooney was right there. Go back and watch the replay and stop spreading wrong information.

Rooney decided not to kick the ball out as it was obvious he was playing to the whistle and at the same time, hoping to get a goal. Carrick messed up with his stupid flick to Berba and Carv cleared the ball. How is this Chelsea's fault?
Never mind the fact DD had to power through your defenders? 3 of them for that matter!

And please, that was not a head injury. Far from it. It was a body check to his shoulder.Get your spectacles on and go and watch again. It was a block by Ballack, yes and to which he admitted. But ref no blow, wetin concern agbero with overload?

INSANE, USAIN!   By Alex Spink 17/08/2009

Bolt sets new world record in stunning 9.58

It Began with a false start and ended with surely the most sensational run in the history of athletics.

Usain Bolt came to Berlin's Olympiastadion on a mission, just as Jesse Owens had 73 years before him.

And like the legendary American, who made a fool out of Hitler and his plans for Aryan supremacy, the Jamaican delivered a performance which will echo through the ages.

The significance of this day in history was simply in the time the 22-year-old took to run 100 metres.

But that does not begin to do justice to what unfolded last night.

Bolt's time of 9.58secs stopped the world in its tracks. Everybody who saw it gasped. Nobody will forget where they were on August 16, 2009.

Agreed they did not display their signature sexki football but a winning team SHOULD NEVER be criticized especially if it's a clean win as tonight.

And Yes, Everton will be fighting relegation is they continue like this.
