I fear for this country called Nigeria. It was a failed state even before it started.
Politics › Re: Call For Justice. A Nigerian Killed In China by FBS: 6:47am On Jun 23, 2009
Was this an act of racism or there is more to the story?
An investigation should be launched irrespective of the reason.

RIP. May the Good Lord comfort his family.

WHAT IT MEANS TO YOU
-ESPN's matches will be available on BSkyB
-You will pay an extra amount for the ESPN matches
-Games likely to be on a new branded ESPN channel - separate from the existing ESPN Classic and ESPN America
-ESPN wants it on platforms other than BSkyB, and is in talks with Virgin Media and BT Vision

Johnson agrees to Liverpool move
Portsmouth's England defender Glen Johnson has agreed to join Liverpool in a £17.5m move.

Chelsea and Manchester City were also interested but it is thought Anfield was his preferred destination.

Johnson had limited first-team chances at Chelsea in his spell there, but established himself in the England team after his move to Portsmouth in 2007.

nazzyon:
I enjoyed watching Mclaren's Lewis Hamilton yesterday. He qualified 19th on the Grid but finished 16th due to the tussle between him and Alonso.

The fight between him and Alonso was very entertaining. If it were not for both Kubica and Heidfeld's BMW they would have both made close to the 10 in that race.

BMW's and other cars with Rear Diffuser were too difficult to over take yesterday which explain why McWebber got stuck behind Ruben Barrichello.
I was precisely watching that. Driving and piloting at the very best. Did you see when he did manage to overtake was it Kubica on lap 38 or so? The whole crowd went bongos . . .what a lad Louis is.

can anyone explain to me why all probs are heaped on one player? Doesn't matter if he is on the pitch or not.
certainly he did not select himself?
I for one do not want to believe that those players go to the pitch to play badly. Damn they need a proper and sound manager/coach.

Can anyone say for sure what formation we are playing?

Watching on TV and listening to vuvuzelas is a nightmare but I guess its part of their culture. Can't take it away from them.
I assume it creates a fantastic atmosphere while you are in the stadium?

What I do is just to lower the volume on TV and I'm ok.
Sports › Re: Formula 1 Grandprix 2009 by FBS: 6:17am On Jun 22, 2009
Sebastian Vettel was fantastic yesterday. He gave Button no chance at all. In fact he made a hat-trick.

Redbull did a 1-2. Can they mount a challenge from here?

Vettel romps to Silverstone win
Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel scored a crushing victory in the British Grand Prix as championship leader Jenson Button's Brawn struggled to sixth.
Vettel took advantage of his team-mate Mark Webber being caught behind Brawn's Rubens Barrichello to build a decisive lead in the first stint of the race.

Another goal for the Yanks? Jeez, how could Shehata and El Hadary do this to me! angry

On this end, seems it's simply not Italy's night. All their attempts are just getting foiled, left right and center.
the post was empty yet they couldn't score.  undecided
