this is the best video i have found and youtube and the thousands of comments on it agree with me.....the strategy for me is this. I f you are not very deep into programming...try to learn python on codeacademy.com. once you get the gist of that, you can learn any language but if you are already into some languages, you are good to go. here is the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3u1fu6f8Hto its's the most precise i've seen. he didn't make it look esoteric and make you see what you are doing in very clear terms please buy the video..it's only for $49...to encourage the guys great work |

maninmood: It is not new, maybe in Nigeria though- I bought mine probably around 5 months ago( 55 and 46'' respectively) in UAE. It is a prolific innovation, however. These oyibos will design a tv that might be sleeping with one's wife sooner than expected. maninmood: It is not new, maybe in Nigeria though- I bought mine probably around 5 months ago( 55 and 46'' respectively) in UAE. God Bless them all. Eagerly following them - well on BBC - I pray for God's protection and safety. Brothers, BF's,Husbands, GF's and wifes will return to their loved ones save IJN. They are victorious already |

find out about the company and try not to outdress them. Especially if you're going to a company that are always casually corporate as Gparker said. Just look presentable and wear more of confidence with good homework. Ofcourse if you are going to a bank, always deck your suit but in an industry like oil and gas,it depends on the organization and also on the position your going for. |

fe32: indeed they are all similiar. Also know that it depends on what you intend to do and achieve with what you are learning. However, tips I am giving here is to get you to start thinking like a computer scientist. The idea are kind of same, just that some of them are more complicated than others.Google the list please codeacademy.com edx.org mit ocw codingbat.com program arcade games with Professor vincent craven.(wonderful man and wonderful site)http://programarcadegames.com/ get this book (think python:how to think like a computer scientist) download google pyscripter(it's light and very good) also download Dreampie(gives you history of anything you've done and you can export it to HTML to see anything you've forgotten) |

However, tips I am giving here is to get you to start thinking like a computer scientist. The idea are kind of same, just that some of them are more complicated than others. I will also follow the python route. It gets you in he know in a very little time and you can start doing cool stuffs. I will also advocate python for anyone still in school to help you with problem solving. codeacademy.com edx.org mit ocw codingbat.com program arcade games with Professor vincent craven.(wonderful man and wonderful site)http://programarcadegames.com/ get this book (think python:how to think like a computer scientist) download google pyscripter(it's light and very good) also download Dreampie(gives you history of anything you've done and you can export it to HTML to see anything you've forgotten) I'll say you should read the book first to give you a brief intro of what to expect and do the exercises please!!!..when things starts looking boring, drop it and go on to codeacademy and start the python class. It's interactive and pretty cool I asked to start the book first so that you can understand the codeacademy classes quickly if you go to the MIT and EDX class, you'll notice they also introduced programming with python |
you can get a cool kickstart with this site. www.codeacademy.com. To add to that you can go to the MIT OCW http://ocw.mit.edu/index.htm Also give yourself an online academy feel with https://www.edx.org/. Also do the codeacademy lessons over and over till you get the full gist Then, just like learning a musical instrument. no teacher can make make you a master guitarist(e.g),a lot of the work depends on you. Practice a lot |
Gabriel_sylar: Dis is NOT what naija needs now....we need more intellectual activities not all dis singing and dancingtough suggestion to sell these days. I have always said this to anyone who cares to listen. you need to see the amount of foreigners taking our top spot jobs around Lagos these days. You know why, they know and we don't. we simply want to dance and sing. I guess the only thing is for the believers in the sunlight of educational development to start engaging themselves and work together to set the trustees of posterity back on track. let's discuss if you've got the chance: fe32@operamail.com |

this is commendable ROSSIKE .... we need to start telling our "change" stories by ourselves. whatever anyone says here, especially drawing the lines of island and mainland, we cannot deny one thing....these pictures were taken in Lagos. |

In my own opinion, this is good. It is not easy being a uniformed person and society to my believe is not even doing enough for them. We will have security the way we want it until total pride is restored to the many forms of the profession. Police, Army and the rest. It's not easy when it's your job to confront reckless danger. yes we may question the quality of their service, but that is simply a reflection of the environment we find ourselves. A lot more has to be done in terms of their welfare, housing, pension. Until we get to a level where our kids tells us their dream is to work for the police force or be in the army and we are very proud of this. Then we are getting there. They deserve all these privileges because it's a risk full profession. Let's not also forget that these uniformed men are people's husband, father's, mother, wife, aunt, cousin etc who have signed a paper to stand in the line in case anything comes up. They deserve every respect the society gives to them. |
