I am a married man and I have six children. When I met with my first wife she was a single mother of 1 girl she was a years 6 months we got married when she was 5 years old.

She was treating all four children good until my wicked aunty has spill the beans which I have apologised for not telling her in the first and I have asked her to continue being a good mother she was before knowing the truth.
But she refused saying I didn't tell the truth and the child should go and leave with her mom family. I have explained to her the reason why she cannot stay with them to no avail and I ask her not to tell the child the truth but she has told her.

It wasn't easy for her knowing the truth she asks me if I will take her back to her mom people I said no. She is still my child and she will not go anywhere and I will resolve the problem very soon.

Good day guys, this story actually happened to my neighbor, she's a POS operator, she sent 2 girls to go to the ATM to withdraw money for her so that she can use the money for her pos business, this isn't the first time she'll be sending them..

Another scenario is that the girls planned it and Gave someone the ATM to go to pos and withdraw the money, my neighbor was able to track the POS people because she too is a POS operator and they told her that it was a guy that came to withdraw the money, now what I'm thinking is that the girls gave the guy the pin and ATM card because it's not possible for the guy to know the pin just like that without someone telling him the pin, but another thing that is confusing us again is that bank that is refusing to show the complete footage for us to ascertain if they truly seized the card.

I started in my third year as an agent, I was renting rooms to students, but we had this hunger to be the best and we were the only people in school then giving out rooms with bed sheets. Once the student paid the agent fees to us, we gave out free bed sheet to them. The gift we offered made our brand a household name. I would later have my internship at Anambra State Housing Corporation and from there I moved fully into land agency/ valuation. In my fourth year, I was introduced to the people in charge of the Ukwulu layout, mapped out for sale. Ukwulu shares boundary with Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Igbariam, so since I was already renting flats close by, most of the landlords I was renting their flats bought the Ukwulu land through me. I did my youth service in 2017 and while in service, we had our first acquisition at Ifite-Ogwari. Before I got the land, I had little money on me, but by God’s grace, I convinced the owner for a three months payment plan. We called the place ‘Divine Favour Farm Village’ and it was an agricultural site. The land was re-plotted into 5 plots and when people make payments, we cultivate and take care of the land for them and before two years, we sold over 90% of the property. So this was how we started even though we would encounter some challenges like when I invested in agriculture and the whole investments went down the drain and set me back a little.

You know all these motivational speakers will tell you that a millionaire should have multiple source of income. I listened to such kind of advice and invested in agriculture but my branching into agriculture was a major setback for me. I started all over again; in fact, I had to auction some properties because I invested almost all the money I had in the agric project. In 2019, I went back to Ukwulu for an acquisition of about 70 plots of land and the owner equally gave us a three months payment plan to the glory of God. The initial payment allowed us to start work immediately and before the three months elapsed, we were able to complete the payment. We got another phase and sold it in less than three months. We moved down from Igbariam to Enugu-Agidi and then Awka.

[/b]WHAT MADE YOU ABLE TO BREAK THROUGH ANAMBRA REAL ESTATE MARKET?[b]

I would say it is consistency. We have been able to build a trusted brand and people believe in the brand now and there are so many of our properties that have increased to over 300% within two years.

I have never sold an encumbered property to anybody; the grace of God has been there and then integrity. These have made us stand out.

I had witness alot in Benin how those touts exploit citizen. My car was once seize because I parked at a filling station in Agip. I was inside with the ignition on. They just came unexpectedly off my ignition and took my car. And asked me to settle them with 10k. I came down talking to them that I will give them 5k before I knew it, they drove it to ring road. It was around 8am while going to my office. I had to wait till 3pm when there mobile court started. They arested several cars and the court asked them to pay 20k. I was the only one among 60 ppl they arrested that did not pay. Most of them were scared to pleaded not guilty.

The Edo State Police Command on Wednesday paraded a medical doctor, Abass Adebowale, for allegedly injecting a cab driver, Emmanuel Agbovinuere, to death in the Benin City area of the state.

Adebowale, after perpetrating the crime, allegedly dumped Agbovinuere’s corpse in a bush, and stole the victim’s Toyota Voltron car.

He was said to have driven the car to the Osogbo area of Osun State where policemen arrested him on Monday.

The state Police Public Relations Officer, Chidi Nwabuzor, while addressing the press at the police command’s headquarters in Benin City, Edo State, said Adebowale, was a graduate of the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, and works with the Kaiama General Hospital as a medical officer.

He said, “The Edo State Police Command in an attempt to rid the state of crime and criminality arrested a medical doctor, Abass Adebowale, 36, for killing Emmanuel Agbovinuere, 39, a cab driver.


“The victim and the suspect met in July this year at an undisclosed hotel in Benin and that is where their relationship started. On Sunday, September 4, the suspect came from Kwara State and they met at the same hotel, where as a customer, he took him around to where he was to do his business.

“The cab man complained of leg pain and the doctor promised to help and injected some poisonous drugs in his system. That was what killed him instantly. Adebowale, during the parade, said the victim’s death was not deliberate, adding, “I pray that the family find a place in their hearts to forgive me.”

Agbovinuere was said to have been survived by his wife, Mary, 27, and two children.


Meanwhile, the Osun State Police Command’s spokesperson, Yemisi Opalola, in a statement, confirmed Adebowale’s arrest.

Opalola said, “The suspect in the course of his stay in Benin after selling his car, injected his friend with a substance suspected to have killed him on September 03, 2022.

“He subsequently dumped his corpse in a nearby bush and took away his white Toyota Camry muscle. Luck, however, ran out on him when the vehicle driven by the suspect was intercepted by police operatives along Ejigbo/Ogbomoso Road. The police operatives were working on information from the Benin command.

It’s better you have sudden engine or gearbox problems than to have sudden suspension problems while driving.

The former can park you but the latter can kill you on the spot where it happens.

Be wise and change out all rusted suspension parts asap. That rust is very bad.
