Be careful when encouraging a loved one to start exercising or improving dietary habits. A “good intentions” comment can wind up as hurt feelings, leaving your loved one to feel that your acceptance is contingent upon his/her weight loss.

She might be working her àss off at the gym, but i feel she is not reducing the amount of food intake, or her meals still consist of the fatty, sugary, salty, carby meals. She needs to reduce her food intake and the junk food, she will loose considerable amount of weight if she does that and she 'll be good to go.
