The problem is not borrowing but what you have used the borrowed money to do....
The Nig case is like that of that delinquent father that borrows money to fund his beer drinking and parties while his kids are being thrown out of school for not paying school fees.
We need to rise up now and demand change....why should those in political appointments and so called elected leaders earn so much? why should they use private jets at tax payers expense??
At least we have another chance to change things come 2015...please let your votes count! |

Born2berich: From my little observation today, i believe that some people are deliberately manipulating the prices of the stocks to head southward. Not too long ago UBA was about to be on full bid with only one offer but all of a sudden, someone comes and crashes the price.
Cowboyism at work? Lets see. that is why no body should be in a rush to buy... just put your price limit and be patient... still waiting for my Custody at N3 and FBHN at N8 |

pappilo: Anyone got the rates from the last auction on Wed 19?
CBN last updated the treasury bill page on their website in September. What a shame. Giant of Africa. Dear XXXXXX, The Treasury Bills auction held yesterday and we give below the outcome: PRIMARY AUCTION RESULTS TENOR STOP RATES 91 9.998% 182 10.80% 364 12.485% Please note that bidders either won or lost at their own quotes. Therefore, quotes higher than CBN stop rates were not successful: |

omaojo1: My Oga, the warnings were for the good of all. What is happening now is a retracement and if you know what it means, it makes for good exit opportunity.
The thing here is that some people see beyond what you are told by the CBN, Ngozi and co. Until there is the hope of the oil price trending back up, all will not be well with your country. Think devaluation of the naira and its consequences on the equities market.
This market is still not going anywhere, look to start investing again from Q2'15. Gbam!! You have spoken well!! The market is going no where any time soon! Don't get sucked into a false bull!! |

Massive transfer of wealth going on and people are running away..
I have been buying just 2 stocks daily for the past 3 days...
100 units of FBN and 100 units of GTB
hopefully by the time the market bottoms out I would have liquidated my fixed deposits and also borrowed from my kids accounts to buy..
