Either ways he had to go. He masterminded the killing of security forces & civilians and destruction of public property which in any sane society is a no-no. I know his supporters wont agree as there is a lot of sentiments due to his position in IPOB & his contribution to the struggle.

Anyone who takes the life of a Nigerian citizen must be made to face the music. Secessionist, Bandits, Herdsmen, UGM, Boko haram, all of them must be made to face the music. No one should feel emboldened to wake up one day & take up arms to go and take another person’s life for whatever reason. Because BH & herdsmen are doing it should not be excuse for anyone else. Two wrongs will never make a right.

Together or divided whatever tomorrow brings; we must explore civil means to achieve it. We’re not animals.
Others more deadly than him abound. You guys will discover so very soon. The battle is on.
Meanwhile, Rest In Peace Ikonso. Odogwu Nwoke. You kept to the promise till the end and so shall we.

We have now reached a point were everyone uses violence without consequences. So everybody has become a strong man. From the urchin on the streets to the President- everyone is immovable, unshakable, makers of their own faith.

NIGERIA,

What a country of wild animals.
Who cannot think beyond their self desires
Selfishness is a major indicator of limited intellectual capacity.

Look at the responses above on why a referee, a constituted authority should be chased, and even raped, you will understand we are really not much different from monkeys. Capable of community, but incapable of society, totally lost at nationhood.

We do read books, we spend years, but really learn nothing. Welcome to the home of Anarchy, ruled by elder baboons, and monkeys, who never think beyond self and survival. The brain hardware is there, but it is running on pre-historic software. Totally lost for the modern world.
You captured Nigeria fully with your short but precise comment. There's no space for the weak in Nigeria. If you're weak you die off.

Let this be clear to every uniformed and terrorist herdsmen. The life of any Biafran is sacrosanct and must be respected. Gone are the days where any useless person or group of persons will just move into our territory and abduct or kill our people. There will be severe consequences if any of such happens again. Never should our mother's and sisters be treated as war booty again. We will NEVER tolerate it again.
We were no slaves
We are not slaves

And to imagine the number of checkpoints on Venue highway, one would think it's easier to get to the kingdom of heaven than scale through those checkpoints with a pen knife.

Ortom is a failure. There's no doubt about that.
Those checkpoints there are only to deceive the gullible majority of Christians and southerners. The soldiers give cover for the fulani terrorists to do the killings. This is why you'll never hear that the same soldiers chased and killed the fulanis but if the indigenous Tivs were to rise in arms, you'll see how swiftly the terrorist soldiers manning the checkpoints attack them. Recall how the used helicopter gunboats to bomb Konshisha LGA earlier this month by the fulani controlled Nigerian army.
It's sad what's happening to the largest Christian group of the middlebelt. They're being chopped bit by bit under the cover of the federal government without any help from the South. They are partly to blame though. They don't realize who truly are their friends and brothers and as such are isolated. The Tivs are suppose to be making friends with their fellow Christian groups down South and push to increase the bond with all they have but that's not the case. They're fighting with the Jukun(another Christian majority group) and still allow old politics to stand in their way with Biafrans. It's a tough luck for them.
May God grant them respite.

If you are a security personnel whether army, police or DSS and you're not a fulani, reject any posting to the SE and SS. Let them send their own sons and brothers. Don't die for them. A word is enough for the wise.
Was watching the documentary about some security men who left Myanmar and ran to India recently after they refused to carry out the order to kill protesters during the recent protest against the coup plotters. This is how reasonable humans show value for the lives of fellow humans not the animals we have in Nigeria who don't value the lives of the already suffering masses. Enough is enough.

It is normal in the developed nations for non residence or indigenes to pay higher tuition fees. Well, the policy will keep southerners away from Kaduna. I wrote something about Kaduna, and my instinct is right. It is always good to listen to the inner man.
You're 100% spot on.
One thing most southerners don't know is the those core north politicians are the most strategic of all politicians in Nigeria. They know how to disguise their original intentions while selling the fake one to others.
This move though it has been debunked only shows you their next move. It's going to be hotter for the indigenous Christians very soon because policies targeted at southerners will be on the increase. I pity Kaduna Christians.

So if it was for what the politicians stole, why the killings by your terrorist soldiers? Why killing flag waving youths? Ok. Whats the plan? Kill igbos, create insecurity in igboland, and start a war in igboland? At the end of the day, who is the looser?

Are the same politicians he supports not responsible for most of the things u lack and agitate for?

Biafra is has been near since 2015. You were told donald trump will make it happen. Now trump is out, what next?

You were told they went to United nations assembly to discuss biafra. No video of the meeting, only photoshoped pictures. Even mefor has admitted, they did not go for any meeting.
Why will Igbos kill their own people working for the good of Igboland? You're not Igbo and don't know the feeling that your Nigerian marginalization has done to the average Igbo man. Your evil security men have been shooting and killing us for over 20yrs just for waving flags whereas fulani terrorists who have killed thousands displacing communities and occupying them have been pampered. Even boko haram members called repentant have a better chance at enjoying any position in government than a brilliant Igbo chap with visible brilliant record. The numerous covered killings involving Igbo young men have not been forgotten. The most painful of all is the raping of Igbo women from Obigbo by your Nigerian army. How can a country army rape her own citizens even in the time of peace? God forbid. It clearly shows how Igbos are seen in Nigeria.

How did what Kanu sign become your business? It should concern only IPOB members. You're so dumb by creating this thread. The little prospect I thought you had has been eroded by it. Majority of Southerners not just Igbos who disagreed with Kanu before are today in agreement with him because he has been proven right. The only option left for those who still can't see what is obvious is sink with the capsizing ship. There'll be no tears for them.

Every party irrespective of differences must son day meet to discuss and sign a deal that's aimed at solving an impasse. That's how it's done. IPOB has openly requested for anyone including those in government to come open on any negotiation they had especially that involving money. We are yet to hear from any person or group. The thread is here on nairaland. You cries are only for the naive. We have a case and will follow it to the latter. Biafra will emerge to your heart attack.

mekaboy:
Alot of Igbo's on this platform either feel i am not igbo or that i am a supporter of the fulanis. This is because of my constant attacks on Nnamdi Kanu.

If you ask them why they want Biafra, they will tell you it is because the fulani has marginalised igbos for so long. Therefore we want to be left alone and have our own country.

They say we dont have jobs, roads, food, healthcare etc. And all this is because the Igbo's are marginalised.

Are Igbo's marginalised in Nigeria? In my opinion, the answer is YES.

Should Igbo's leave Nigeria because of the marginalisation? My answer is NO.

Lets look at my reason.

Lets assume the hausa/Fulani, Yoruba and Igbo are to share 100 naira.

The Yoruba conive with the north to cheat the igbo. So the North and the yoruba take 80 naira and give the igbo 20 naira.

Then the North bullies the yoruba and take 50 naira, leaving the yoruba with 30 naira.

Now out of the 20 naira that Igbo's got from the unfair deal, the representative of the igbo stole 15 naira. Leaving Igbo's with 5 naira.

The representative now tells igbos that the north is wicked. That they took everything and left igbos will 5 naira. Out of the 100 naira shared among 3 people, igbos got 5 naira.

So the igbos make the north their sworn enemy. Always fighting the north because of the great injustice done to the igbos.

The igbo representative tells the Igbo's that we can't have good roads, water, light, healthcare etc, because we only have 5 naira.

Now, the igbos are cheated by the north because of their arrangement with the yoruba. Hausa got 50, yoruba got 30 and igbo got 20.

Who is the greater enemy of igbos here? The hausa that took 50, the yoruba that took 30 or the igbo rep that took 15 for himself out of the 20 that was given to the entire igbos?

To me the igbo rep is more wicked than both the hausa and yoruba. Because despite the fact that your people did not get their fair share, you still have the heart to steal from the little they got.

So the main focus of aggression, should be on the igbo rep. Because if he managed that 20 naira well, igbos will do far better with it.

This is why i don't take kanu serious. When the focus is always on the north, while the main people who are our enemies are walking freely.

Because the system is already corrupt, it will be very difficult for anyone who is competent and has genuine interest to grab power from these corrupt ones.

Kanu promised a corrupt free biafra, where everything will work the way it is supposed to. He had the platform which could be used to grab power in Anambra election and bring in someone who will serve the people selflessly. Someone who would use Anambra to set an example for the SE.

By the next election, every state in the SE will want a Biafran governor.

Just like every other politician or pastor in Nigeria, the interest is always the money. He sold his platform to PDP ,claimed their demands were met. Signed, sealed and delivered.

He also claimed he was offered oil block, with 5 south east states, and he rejected.

With oil block and 5 States, is it not enough to start Biafra, if he is genuine? Why didn't he use the states to set an example and let the SS beg to join?

Today another election is around the corner in Anambra, and he is using violence to terrorise the people to negotiate another payment before elections are held.

So we can only hope and pray for a genuine leadership.
Nonsense analogy. See how he reduced the gross mistreatment to simply digits. The millions of Igbos who witness the marginalization in their day to day dealings know exactly what it feels like. I don't blame you. All this rubbish will end soon anyway and the criminal politicians from the SE will have a taste of the evil they helped to persist.
Politics › Re: T.A Orji To South-East Governors: Leave ESN Alone, Focus On Ebubeagu by Fejoku:
Theodore Orji is one of the major problems we have in the SE and the deplorable situation of Aba is heavily tied to him. However, he is right on this one. Let the foolish governors float their Ebube-Agu and leave ESN alone. Our enemies have projected that they will use the fools in government house to cause mayhem in the region but these big for nothing fools can't see it. Any leader without foresight is highly liable to fail.
ESN has been securing our forests from the fulani terrorists after several calls have been made for the fools to set up a region security outfit but they publicly replied that no security was needed. They think money is everything but IPOB members have shown them that freedom and security of one's ancestral land is far more than money. We don't need your blood money. All we demand is that you speak up against the wickedness targeted at us and do your own bits to help our people.
However if you insist on following your selfish political games to the detriment of our people and land, you'll lose your own heads in the process. We have many heavy think-tanks analysing every move in Nigeria including the one's you guys are involved. Don't think we don't know them.

Nigerians have always pay more for the little they get, even in their suffering and smiling lifestyle they still pay for everything. You didn’t even mention anything about estimated killer bills given to Nigerians for darkness by Nepa. Haba fear God o

An average Nigerian landlord in a new developing area will contribute money to buy electricity poles, electric cables even buy transformer and get tractors to grade their deplorable road. How did you come up with your perception that Nigerians waiting for electricity to be given to them freely

Benin republic over there enjoy 24hrs power supply, government made meters available for every household. They have a functioning systems/institutions No estimated bills, you pay for what you utilize. Nigeria have dysfunctional institutions, the lack of functioning institutions will always inflict hardship on her masses

Nigerians are their own enemy.
Don't mind him. One can clearly see that his case is that of lack of exposure. Nigerians are among the most resilient people. People here work for almost everything they use. There's no single help from government despite all the billions being budgeted every year. During the lockdown, most countries gave cash to all their citizens but non was given to the suffering masses in Nigeria. Many countries even in other countries have a fairly accessible health care with government sponsorship. That's not so in Nigeria.

The five SE governors will understand how serious we are when any of our people are ever attacked again by fulani terrorists on our ancestral land. For any one of our people killed, their family members will pay with their own lives. This will make them understand what securing the lives of our people mean to us.
As for Uzodinma, he has murdered sleep already. From now on he will suffer insomnia.
As for Umahi, he should ensure those fulani terrorists that killed our people at Ishielu be provided with their corpse displayed for all to see. He said he knows them so he should provide them. We are waiting for his response.
