She connected her shop direct from the pole leaving the meter with the view that it's too expensive, she has the intention of tipping Nepa guys when they come by so doing will pill up bills for me when she's leaving.

I wasn't around when the police came, they called me and when I explained everything, they were just beating around and finally said I should pay for the wire. I've finally connected the shop back to the meter and she will leave after her rent expires.

My tenant bypassed the prepaid meter that it's too expensive cos she has freezers. This is a meter I spent 49k to install, and also cleared over 30k bill the former tenant accrued. I just went there and cut everything off without informing her. Next thing this woman went to police claiming I beat her and she lost her pregnancy as a result of it.

Thanks. please, what is the total area covered (in square meter). I am considering going for flat roof, just worried of leakages and heat. Are these really the challenges?

Total area is 100 Square meters
Flat is 40-60% cheaper than the conventional roofing style around. I haven't experienced any leakage except it would be installed by an inexperienced carpenter.
Heat is not a problem if you ceiled with good PVC ceiling board or Pop. But I kept a few Holes open for heat dissipation.


The only challenge will the spacing between the roof and the ceiling. This means you won't be having anything to do in the ceiling for any reason. This I tried to prevent by doing using a full conduit wiring system before ceiling, made sure I tested everything before covering it.
