Godfrey858: nice!!
what app did you use Floor plan creator, it's kinda complex for a novice and takes a lot of practice to be able to use it. But I drew this being the 2nd day of using it since I have some basic knowledge. |

SenorFax: This is nice But Kitchen door shouldn't be leading to the entrance verandah
Just saying The veranda is serving 2 purposes. 1 for the main entrance and for the kitchen. This will help for easy waste disposal and for fetching water without having to pass through the siting room. Besides, it's for a limited land space. This house can comfortably sit in a 50X50 ft plot of land. Thanks for your opinion |

Here is a 1 bedroom flat attached to a self contain I designed and drew with my Phone. This Building plan was 100% done on my android phone. I'm not an architect, but i did basic building Technology course during my Predegree and also have some experience working in a building company.
Criticism is welcomed.

adanny01: Sorry bro, Electronic voting will be a disaster waiting to happen, trust me. Nigeria is not ready for it.
Even the USA that is the most advanced country in the world, their last electronic voting was covered in cloud of suspicions. There is no accountability in an electronic voting scenerio and its going to be hard to proof to the loser that he lost in a fair contest.
Kaduna did electronic voting, it was just a public display but the results where still doctored and the loser had no option to contest. Dont be in a hurry to kill our electoral system with electronic voting.
I will only support offline electronic voting. Heard of Blockchain Voting system? |

This is Nigeria, Wake up dude... So rent will continue to be stable for all the years abi?
Rent for a 2 bedroom flat here is 400 to 800k. With 4 to N6mil, you can built a modest 2 bedroom flat here which will be like 12 years rent at most. |

Invest in a solar to power your home during the day and some hours at night.
For your refrigerator, run your generator atleast 6 hours every 2 or 3 nights interval.
Get a seperate deep freezer that will contain things you need frozen and won't be opening the freezer that much and another regular refrigerator for your drinks and water. It's been settled sha, I had to pay since it's my permanent house and I can't stand it when my neighbors have power and I'm always running Gen. |

Not really, it happend in F and G one faithful evening. The guy who was shot happens to be wearing a Maroon color shirt and they thought he was a rival. I don't think they had anyone in mind when they came. |

Happend when I was in my 2nd year in RSUST. There was a gunshot and followed by some sporadic shots one faithful day in my hostel, we heard shouts from outside, I beckoned on my roommates for us to go and rescue the guy who was shot, but they all said they won't risk going out so I opened the door and they bolted the door and warned me that I shouldn't think of coming back. Gladly, I saw another blockmate, so we went to save the guy who was shot. Next thing we saw was the shooters aiming and firing into the crowd from the distance. I couldn't remember how I ran, all I remember was when I got to the Hostel toilet and saw over 8guys sandwiched in a toilet that could hardly hold 3 persons, infact one guy was already trying to squeeze himself through the toilet window. I couldn't hold myself but bust into laughter... I was almost lynched |

Very good decision... How can you be owing Bank A and decide to do business with Bank B and later borrow from them to continue the cycle.
I blame the banks to some extent, They feel these Rich men are more credit worthy than SME's who need these loans to survive. |

Sleevia: Abi o.
The side effect of this kind of story is that, it will make some readers lazy and leave everything to God, even though God gave them brain and hand. Don't get me wrong, I'm not of the opinion that one gets rich or make it in Life by getting married only neither am I being superstitious. I'm just saying that it happens. I never believed that until it happened to me. True God blessed me with Multiple skills that can fetch me something to survive, but even with these skills I was going nowhere until that proposal. Everything started falling in place. There's so much to tell about my story. |
Romance › Re: Single Guys: Is Marriage The Key To Success? by feldido(m): 4:41pm On Oct 02, 2019 |
harrwix: inspiring story you have got there..... But reading through your story, it is evident there are a lot of things that aided your success story apart from the proposal. Those sides of the story will have given some motivation together with the inspiration you just gave Well, I'll say God answered my prayer by turning my attention to the right woman who released me from emotional torture. Yeah, emotional torture from my ex and from my Dad who always kept me depressed. I almost saw myself as a failure cos nothing seemed working since my graduation after 9years. I almost believed I was a failure until my wife gave me that Psychological boost that "she knows I'm a hardworking person and she believes we will not suffer". |
